Not a good review. Left the airport and wanted a quick breakfast. I was glad to see that there was 2 locations near me that were 24hrs. Went to one and it actually wasn’t. So I tried this location. Again, Google states it’s a 24hr location. However, a sign posted on the ordering kiosk stated from 3-4am this location closed. It was 4:30a and I saw 1 or 2 people inside when I pulled up in the drive thru. The automated /AI asked if I was using a McDonald’s app and I replied no. I waited another 3 minutes or so with no one taking my order. I slowly backed out of the drive way and through the glass windows of the store, one of the males inside saw me and he got up and ran to the other side or back of the store. I parked and went to the door and it was locked. I got back in the car and went back to the drive thru (thinking maybe the system hadn’t updated or they were taking a break and didn’t hear me). Again, AI asked about using the app but no one asked again about taking my order. As I drove around the drive thru to exit, I didn’t see anyone in the store. However, the light on the street I was stopped at gave a clear view to the drive thru ordering window and the male who ran earlier, just stood there looking at my truck at the light. I literally saw him standing in the window. That was so creepy. If the store wasn’t open someone needs to update that online and the employees at the least could’ve stated the location wasn’t open, the sign was wrong or something. Read moreProbably the worst staff I've ever encountered. This particular store is supposed to be open 24 hours and, as a person who works midnight shift, I would expect a 24 hour establishment to be exactly that. Unfortunately, several times I have been turned away from this particular store, including last night (03/30/2017) when one real go-getter of an employee stood in the window waving her hands at me in an "X" pattern, signifying that I would not be getting any service today. Other times I've been simply told "We're closed", when they are very clearly open, or "Sorry, we had a bunch of people call out and aren't serving food right now". Really? Okay. Their shake machine is always "broken" or "down because it's being cleaned" and I'm convinced the only fresh fries you'll be served are from the very first batch of the day. I get it. Working fast food sucks and you guys all want $15/hr for your troubles. I also get I'm a nobody leaving a probably useless review that nobody will care about, but this McDonald's is one of the absolute worst I've ever been to and it's staffed by some of the laziest human beings to ever hold a job. Read moreI went through the drive thru and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, buttermilk chicken strips and a value fry. The cashier said they were currently out of chicken strips so I replaced it with a McChicken. I received my my receipt at 7:55pm it was 2 vehicles ahead of me. I finally got my order handed to me at 8:10pm. I looked in the bag and it was only one sandwich and a fry. I did not look closely it seemed to be the cheeseburger i ordered so i told them in the drive thru window I’m missing a McChicken. He told me to pull up and wait. The time now is 8:18 so I cut my car off to walk inside the establishment to check and tell them again. The manager places the McChicken in the bag for me and I get in my car and leave. I get back to my job and surprisingly the instead of a double bacon cheeseburger in the bag it’s a sausage and egg breakfast Mcmuffin. I realize the establishment has just finished renovations but I do not appreciate the Long wait, the wrong order, and missing items from the order. Very unproductive and unprofessional please hire the proper management to make sure things are checked and are running more smoothly.
