Customer service is a disaster. I waited at the drive thru speaker for a few minutes with no response from customer service. I wasnât sure if the drive-thru speaker was broken. I decided to move forward and place my order at the next window. Instead of taking responsibility for the drive-thru speaker issue and fixing the problem by taking my order, the drive-thru service rep gave me a bunch of excuses for the speaker issue and told me she couldnât take my order and to drive back around. I was a bit surprised since 99% of the time, when I have had this issue before, my order is usually taken at the next drive-thru window. No big deal. I told the customer service rep that their customer service sucked. They told me they didnât care, and that I shouldnât come back lol Well I certainly WILL NOT be coming back ever again. Lord have mercy. I will be going to Chick-fil-A. This McDonaldâs location needs to take a very long hard look at Chick-fil-Aâs customer service model which is light years beyond anything this McDonaldâs has to offer.    Read moreI used to frequent this mcdonalds often, as I literally work right across the street but this mcdonalds is actually so awful. They are petty, you ask them for extra sauce they deliberately dont give it to you and then take forever to get to you when you come inside. They refuse to make your breakfast order when you place it 15 minutes before breakfast ends and when you pull up they said âoh we stopped serving breakfast.â That is not good service, what is even the point of having a mobile ordering system if youre not gonna make them in an appropriate time. This is the third of fourth time we have had a mobile order, and they havent even had it ready when I placed it 20-30 minutes beforehand. I understand being busy. Truly. But you need to have a system in hand. You need to be making mobiles in appropriate timing. Today when I asked for a refund the dude at the box didnt even respond. That is not service. As someone who works in a fast pace, food service environment; do better. Our mcdonalds in ruckersville does great everytime, I think you all should take some advice from them.
