McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

Update 5/14/2025: The food tonight was good and the temperature was hot. Always a positive sign. However, given the number of workers hustling around did not match the rate orders were fulfilled. I have to state 15 minute wait for order completion is a bit much when the number of active orders are less than 5 and a trickle through drive thru. The manager tonight seems to be doing the best she can especially when the McD app is allowing orders of items out of stock. The McD has been horrible lately, and I've had to make kiosk orders twice now which was heretofore unheard of for me. Here's my analysis from my observations, the preparation process is chaotic. Sort of a scattershot approach to order fulfillment. The language at this store is Spanish which already causes miscommunication with the 85% American english population. Next too many workers seem to be a mad scramble to provide their components of the meals. Many bags sat waiting for one or two other items. Anyway long story short, if this McD is busy, I would try to order at a less busy time.

A a standard McDonalds, but it can be quite busy and difficult to get in and out of that shopping center based on shortimed lights and the number of people that run red-lights in at the intersections with Old Bridge Road and Prince Pilliam Parkway. In addition, there tends to be quite a few teenagers hanging out at this McDonalds in the early evening. I will not eat-in at this McDonalds...

One of the wrost Mcdonald's I saw in my last 13 years in USA life. I bought 2 happy meal, 3 mcchicken and 1 diet coke. They call my receipt no 299 and left the food on the counter. I checked out my food, in my happy meal missed apple juice and chocolate milk. Then I asked for two missing items. Shift manager jessenia was there but she did not care about that ,she left, still I was saying excuse me, One girl came in helped me out. After that, I almost left the store and put my food in my car and suddenly remembered I missed my drink which I paid for it. Then I entered into the store again and ask for my drink. One of the Girl name "Samon" look like Asian, she came forward and said you don't see the cup in your back and why you don't take a cup a and drink!!! I was thundered about her behavior, how She is working in such a rude behavior!!! After that, I just took a cup and drink for myself. I have no idea, how this girl is working, She should be fired. I discuss couple of neighbors friend, they said talk to their manager "Mohammmed". He must take the necessary action for that girl. I hope, manager should fire those type of bad employee. I’ve been to this location twice in the past month, once being last night. Both times I came at night after work. I got the same thing both times (fish sandwich with a sprite blah blah) and both times I would wake up the next morning throwing it all up. The food doesn’t digest and irritates my stomach the entire following day, including today. I’ve never had this issue before, but I’m concerned they’ve stopped worrying about food quality. Getting people sick is one of the first ways to get shut down. On top of this, the staff isn’t always the best. Obviously there are those who do a good job, but I’m not referring to them. In particular, one would ask me if I wanted ketchup or anything, but when I would say yes she just wouldn’t put it in the bag 😂 and some of them are straight up rude (not really ackowleding anything or responding). My feelings aren’t hurt by this, but they just seem to be unwelcoming sometimes and other people probably would take offense. My only reason for even commenting is solely the fact that, on top of that, I’m getting sick for something I’m paying for. Pay attention and get it together and this store will be...
