I really, really wanted to like this place. I am from NY and love pizza. This place has really great reviews, so I was excited to try it. I wanted to come at lunch, so I could try a variety of items. We tried a lunch pizza, ziti, cheese calzone, cheese fries, lasagna roll ups, and an Italian sub. The first thing I noticed was the smell. It is extremely off putting and turned my stomach. Even with a mask on I started coughing like crazy and had to step outside as soon as I placed my order. It is definitely not what a pizzeria should smell like. Overall I guess it was ok, but nothing was great. I love seasoned fries and was looking forward to their potato wedges with cheese that looked seasoned, but ended up being dry, bland, and kind of burnt. The pizza was literally one of the saddest pizzas I have ever seen! It makes Little Ceasars look gourmet and double the pizza at half the price. The flavor was ok, but nothing great. The ziti was a disappointment. They left out my meatballs, and I had to pay for cheese. Who has to pay for cheese in ziti!? I wouldn't mind the upcharge if it was actually good. The calzone was really small compared to other places in the area, and there was a super sharp cheese taste to it. I love all cheese, and didn't mind, but my family hated it when they usually love calzones. It was $15 for 2 lasagna roll ups, and they were passable but boring and bland. The Italian sub was not bad, but it was no where near as good as Jersey Mike's. I love locally owned businesses, especially pizza and pasta, but I was extremely let down. It is not anywhere close to as good as Squisitos, Jersey Mike's, or Mod. For the price at lunch, I guess it is what it is, but I would've been extremely livid if I paid dinner prices for the food. We paid full price for the lasagna, and it definitely wasn't worth it.    Read morePresto used to be really good. While the quality of the food is top notch, the customer service has gone downhill. I ordered a pizza and a sandwich at 6:05 pm. By 7:20 pm it had not arrived. Three phone calls to check order status went immediately to a voice mail box that was full. So I got on my car and drove over there. After five minutes of checking all the order slips, the woman at the counter told me that the order was gone for delivery, and rather snarky said orders can take up to two hours, and this is in the website (it is not).
I left, telling them they had lost a customer. She then called me a minute later while I was DRIVING. I told her I did not want to speak to her, and she kept going, saying she was âtrying to be nice.â Keep in mind at no point did I rant or rave. If you have to say that you are trying to be nice, that means you really donât want to, and that is nothing you ever tell the customer.
So when I get home I see that the delivery vehicle has pulled up into our cul-de-sac. Right in front of my parking space, blocking it and blocking me from getting into it. I beeped my horn, the driver gave me a âjust waitâ motion and began to go to the stairs. I beeped at him again roll down the window and told him to move because he was blocking my space. He got very hostile, and in the end I told him just leave the food, apologized for taking the frustration with his manager out on him, and he left.
To top it off the food was lukewarm.

   Read morePresto Pizza will lye about your order. If you call for your order they would tell you itâs on itâs way but itâs sitting in the restaurant. The messed my dinner plans tonight. It took over 1hour to get delivery. I ordered for a family dinner of 8. After waiting for 30 minutes I called the restaurant and I was told my order was on itâs way. Then called back after another 25 minutes and then I was told your order was still in the restaurant. I asked why I wasnât inform when I called earlier because I could pick it up myself. No answer. I asked the person on the phone I was going to go and pick it up myself. Got to the restaurant and got to find out my order just left. very disappointed because by then my sonâs friend had to leave.
