McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

Never share a negative review but I feel the need. I ordered a number 3 without onions, proceeded to get a double quarter pounder with no ketchup and onions. Iasked for a new one. The Grill cook remade it a gave it back, with a nasty look and didn't reply to my thank you. I sit down and notice once again no ketchup and only one piece of cheese. I go back up the cashier says what's the problem now!? I ask why there is no ketchup and only one piece of cheese.. The cashier asks the grill cook ,she screams out there is two sir!Obviously there was only one piece of cheese. She starts cursing in spanish under her breath and the cashier is laughing i say all i need is a piece of cheese and ketchup. I am in the industry and a Manager. I come in often to walk through Walmart and grab some food on the way out. During my most recent visit I had an awkward encounter with the manager of the restaurant. Had to repeat myself a few times and when I stated the quantity of what I ordered I was corrected and told that I was wrong. When I finally paid I was notified that they had added and extra sandwich. So when I stated that I didn't ask for an extra they got irritable and made it sound like I was speaking to them incorrectly even though I was speaking in their native language 😂
