I am only giving one star because zero stars is not an option. My finance and I placed our order in the drive through and were asked to wait in a designated spot. That was a little odd as there weren't any other cars behind or in front of us. We pulled into our spot and waited next to another car. After a few minutes, a car pulled in to the spot on the opposite side of our car. The three of us sat there together for at least 15 minutes while car after car was making their way through the drive through with their orders. After 20 minutes, I finally went inside and asked what was going on. The manager on duty was standing at the front talking with someone (not an employee, at least not one in uniform). When I approached her, she seemed confused that I was upset after waiting and watching several other cars get their orders. I showed her my receipt and explained that there were two other cars sitting in the designated spots that had been waiting with us. Finally, after about 30 minutes of waiting, we got our order and left. I was so upset that I didn't check it before leaving which was a big mistake on my part because even after waiting half an hour to get it, the delayed order was wrong. I prefer this location to others in the area. There is a young man name Jamie he is incredibly friendly and helpful. He works mornings shout out to him and his awesome demeanor. There's a few in the morning crew that deserve shout outs but I unfortunately haven't learned their names yet.
I typically only go in the mornings and staff is always friendly. They may not get my order right but at least they are willing to fix it and not seem annoyed. They are rather apologetic when it happens. I appreciate that.
I give it 4 stars due to the morning crew... however, the afternoon and evening shift have a lot of customer service training to do. I get that we live in a heavily Hispanic populated area but can we get someone that can speak both English and Spanish...
Another point of contention is that I love the McDonald's app and the coupons that they offer. Often times at this location the scanner is broke or the coupon code doesn't work...I am on McCafe number 6 it should be free with the punch card but the scanner never works so I never the credit.
Lastly, the afternoon and evening crews are rather rude and unhelpful. The family that owns this restaurant should monitor it better and offer the employees...
Read moreI think we all know McDonald’s has its ups and downs. However, I would like to share a story that has happened to me a couple months back. I wish I would’ve written the review when it happened, but it didn’t come to mind. I placed a mobile order on DoorDash however, my Dasher never went to go get it and they never responded to my messages. I waited an hour and 30 but eventually, I just went to go get it. I had the receipt on my phone of my order, but that wasn’t enough for this lady. She had red hair and a big attitude. She wouldn’t give me my food and she claimed that because I don’t have a code. I can’t get my food. She also claimed to be the manager and she wouldn’t allow us to talk to anyone else. She kept slamming the window in our faces. Additionally, she kept threatening to call the police. I was pretty frustrated, but I wish I would’ve stayed and waited. I just got my refund from DoorDash. I hope that the red haired lady no longer...
