It's fresh, it's tasty, and I've never gotten a food bone illness from eating here (low key shade). Basic menu not unlike it's competitors but with a few unique options that set it apart. I really like the rotation of their seasonal salsas, the pineapple one they have out now is a touch sweet but it balances against one of the medium or hot salsas. I also appreciate that they let you know the expected heat level so you don't go and wreck yourself from going hotter than you can handle. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The prices are on par with chipotle and q'doba but kids eat free on Tuesdays with adult purchase which is nice on the wallet. Overall, my favorite made to order tex-mex place.
Edit: They closed for Covid and just reopened on Cinco de Mayo. Did an online order at 5:20 for pick up at 6:15... didn't receive it until 7:15. Long line to pick up online orders, they prioritized the people just walking in to place orders. Manager kinda ran around and it was clear he wasn't completely in control. Do yourself a favor and just walk-in, avoid the online ordering or the curb-side pick up, they won't tell you it's ready and it will just sit behind the cashier. I would recommend seeing what some local competitors that did not shut down for COVID are doing so you can catch up and not lose customers. Don't get me wrong, I like your food, but I was super annoyed that I had already paid for my order with the promise my order would be ready at 6:15, standing in a line for over an hour watching people walk in and get their food was a slap in the face, I had already paid for my order, I couldn't just decide I'd go somewhere else without the hassle of getting my money back and then finding somewhere else to get dinner on top of already losing a bunch of time. It will be a while before I give you guys...
Read moreI asked for the owner of this store, his name is RICHARD ORR, and half the management is apparently related to him? I have tried contacting him but I suppose a publicized online review is the only way to get their attention.
I just witnessed and experienced the most UNPROFESSIONAL management in my life. First, let me say that this isn't the first time I have had to argue with this specific establishment about them skimping on giving me guacamole on the Homewrecker, a meal that's priced a little extra for the guac itself. And if you're not watching they purposely skip over the guacamole, purposely stealing from you. However, today a young employee was pulled to the side by management while I was waiting and I witnessed this woman start SCREAMING at her employee after he calmly answered her question. I'm talking about one second, this manager seems genuinely concerned over her employee, and the next she's threatening him with the police and claiming that he outright disrespected her. The young man left the store without a word, never once speaking back at her, while the manager continued her tirade making a big show about how he raised his voice at her and how he was disrespectful from the start. If anything, that crazy lady COMPLETELY turned me off to this establishment and I feel nothing but pity for SLAVES...
Read moreRacist employees. I accidentally left my Apple Watch here, and from retracing my steps and checking on my phone, the watch was located at Moe’s. I explain to an employee (white female) that I lost it and on “Find My…” on my phone it’s showing it’s at Moe’s from where I was earlier that day. She said no one turned in a missing Apple Watch. I show her on my phone the location, where it shows it’s somewhere at Moe’s, and she walks away and gets her manager. I describe to the manager (Hispanic female) what the Apple Watch band looks like, and show a picture and the manager tells me there are multiple Apple Watches that look like mine. I then show her a picture of the band I bought two weeks ago, as well as an email confirmation that I bought the band from Amazon and she STILL refused to give it me. I then say “I showed your employee that ‘Find My…’ says it’s here, I described the band to you and showed you a picture of it. Should I call the police and show them evidence of what I have?”. She then rolled her eyes and went to the back to...
