Don’t get me wrong the food is good here. But today I had the worst experience I’ve ever had here.
First off I call the store. I can’t understand the man talking. He was talking in tongues. And then when I asked him to repeat himself he had a sarcastic tone to his voice. It was very rude.
Secondly I go into the restaurant I had a 50 dollar bill straight from the bank. The man took some marker, marked all over it and then said it was fake. I pointed out several times that 50 dollar bills have watermarks on them that prove them to be real. He never looked for the watermarks, He continuously stated it was fake. How can a 50 dollar bill straight from the bank be fake? Especially if I don’t have another bill to replace it. I had to break a 100 dollar bill for a 14 dollar meal due to this. I understand people try to pay with fake money. But the fact that I couldn’t have gotten my dinner tonight if I didn’t have my boyfriend in the car willing to pay is sad. And what is the worst part is the man just relied on a simple marker, he didn’t even look to see the water marks.
I took the 50 that the man claimed was a fake to another place. The people laughed and said it was a real bill and I paid with the things I got with that so called “fake” 50 dollar bill.
3rd. There was no salad in the bag. The salad was included in my meal. I’m not saying I would have eaten the salad but I paid for it?! I paid for a meal with a salad and there was no salad in my bag. And with what I went through in the store for a simple meal I deserved it!!
Not saying this is a bad place to eat. I’m just saying the man who I had an interaction with gave me a negative experience. I’ve never seen that man in there before, everybody else I’ve met before that worked there I’d rate them 5/5 stars. As they are some of The most friendly people you will ever meet. I’ve never before had a negative experience at this place in the many years I’ve gone to eat there( since I was a little girl). I was very disappointed in the way that man handled things and...
Read moreI've always been a sucker for a good, real Italian style pizza. You just can't get it from places like Papa John's, Domino's or Pizza Hut. I've been looking for a place close by to curb that pizza craving I often get. Luckily, I found Napoli's Pizza right down the street from my home. I called in a take out order for my husband and I for lunch. I love just a extra cheese pizza. My husband loves white spinach pizzas. I called my order in and when I went to pick it up, I saw my pizzas cooking over a fire flame inside a beautiful brick oven. It was nice to see our pizzas were made fresh and quickly. I got 2 pizzas and garlic knots within 20 minutes. Our pizzas were so delicious and perfectly sauced. The crust is crispy and just what I wanted out of a pizza. I finally found my go to pizza place! They also have salads, calzones, pastas and more that I will definitely be trying. Best thing of all, they are not over priced. They are very reasonably priced. Best place over! I will definitely be a loyal and consistent customer....
Read moreThis was by far the worst pizza and location I have ever tried. I called on the phone and ordered as I was leaving the grocery to pick up on my way home. When I arrived 2 guys were sitting at a table just talking (no other customers), I went to the counter and one came over and asked to help and I told him I was there to pick up a pizza. He asked my name and then there was foreign language they used to each other and he said to have a seat that it would take awhile. Now if it had been good I probably wouldn’t complain but it was the thickest old dry tasteless crust and cheap cheese for sure, we each tried a piece and thru the rest of a large pizza away. Don’t go here it’s not good and anywhere else...
