Pour House — Restaurant in Virginia

We were there at mid-afternoon, so there were maybe 6 or 8 tables, 10 tops. We sat in a booth by the window in sight of the bar. Our waiter finally came to take our drink orders. Our boneless wings came in a reasonable time, and were dropped off by a young lady, a floater bussing tables, running food, etc. The waiter visited the table behind us at least twice without stopping at our table. We finished our food and waiting for a box and the check. And we waited...I took our dishes and stacked them at the edge of the table, hint, hint. Nothing. The couple behind us left, so I assume he had brought them their ck already. Finally my husband stopped the young lady and asked for a box and the check. Still didn't see the waiter. She ran our credit card, and when she came back, he asked handed her a $10 and asked for two fives, which she brought. He took one five and gave her the other, making sure she understood that it was for her in appreciation for her assistance. A tip is called a gratuity for a reason. She was hustling around the room, checking on customers, clearing tables, and whatever needed to be done. This was our first time there. We wanted to go to Chick- fil-A but they were closed because it was Sunday. We were leaving the shopping center when we saw it- and I suggested trying it out. We probably won't go back. Mostly because we don't frequent that shopping center, but its very likely that, based on this visit, we would decide...

First time there was yesterday wanted to go to the flicker singes even but that section was crowded as the whole place no seats at bar or their little even section should have told us to come two hours earlier instead of me going 40 minutes earlier..but anyway..I found a seat at an empty table but on stage area. Hard to watch every game. But you can see three or four at least which is cool neck may hurt a little but that's ok .food was good I had the potato skins I cooked before I went so did not eat much drank beer it was cold which is key to me I hate like warm or room temp beer so that was a plus too the burger that the table in front of me looked very good will get that next time I love food made to order!! I will be returning..loads of men there ladies I'm just saying multi cultural too so was a plus . Fun place . A friend ordered the taco it was great. Just go early to watch games for a good...

I would give no stars if that were possoble. We waited for over 15 mins trying to get an empty table cleared so we could sit down and I finally had to ask for help from an annoyed bar tender. We sat for another half hour before we could even place a drink order and that was basically the end of our service. We stayed for an entire football game but had to go to the bar to request new pitchers every time and our other drinks were never refilled. The 6 of us arrived hungry but were scared to order food since the service was so abysmal and frankly, nobody came by to take an order. From what I observed, any food orders would probably never arrive. We waited 45 minutes for the check alone. I wanted to find a local alternative to Buffalo Wild Wings but this was our worst dining experience probably ever. None of us will...
