Homesense — Local services in Short Pump

HomeSense is my go to store for everything home decor to furniture etc., to lighting, you can find it there. They get shipments one or twice but you could visit the store daily and it’s always something new or unique. I bought the attached pictures of a birdcage with a chandelier inside of it for our foyer. I cannot tell you how amazing it looks that the attached pictures don’t do it justice. Even better I walked in and it immediately caught my eye. And it was on sale. They have more furniture and lights than their sister store HomeGoods. I love both equally, but I know if I’m looking for some specific like, accent chairs, sofas, dinning room table sets, then HomeSense is my first stop. Employees were helpful - the cashier was praised for saving 10% by having a customer open a credit account. I think the employee environment is important to great customer service. It was nice to witness a positive team atmosphere. The store was clean and organized. I bought 2 large rugs and 2 lamps. My wife loves homesense. And I have to admit they have very good prices in the wide selection of things that we needed for our new condo. The quality versus price. excellent. What's stands out for me is to customer service. There's always people around willing to help you that well has moved things into your car.

As a fun aside, while they are open on Sunday I wouldn't shop there then..... Because the Chick-fil-A across the parking...
