Padow's Ham & Deli — Restaurant in Virginia

Turned to Midlothian Padow's for Nurse's Week because Downtown Padow's could not handle our order. Molly was very friendly, explained that the only common denominator was the menu, each franchise was independently owned. If I wanted to order, I could, they would deliver to Northside and I could pay with a credit card upon delivery, extra delivery fee. Everything she told me was acceptable. I faxed my orders in. I did not use the order form as it was a little tiny and hard to fit everything in. The order form did not have enough space nor included everything for sides, condiments, dressings, etc. Chuck called. He was confused about the way I sent the order, his workers would not be able to read it. It would take too long and they would not be able to deliver on time. So I put everything on a blown up sheet of the order form and re-faxed it. Long story short...finally got our order! Only my #7 was NOT Chicken Barbeque but a HOT DOG! And Chuck?! When I called and complained, he was very nonchalant and unbothered. Was supposed to be calling me back to discuss! 3 hours later, no call. I will definitely NOT be frequenting or ordering from this establishment again. I guess after making $200.00+ on an order, it was too much to comp a $7.00...

Excellent sandwiches with a very large selection of sandwiches. Daily sandwich specials. Brunswick stew, limited soups and sides like potato and pasta salad. They also sell whole hams (including Country Ham- which you can also have on a sandwich) and a limited selection of other foodstuffs. They will ship these items. There is plenty of parking and there are a few handicap parking spaces directly in front. No handicap entrance. Tables only - no booths. Bus your own table. Bright and sunny inside. Was looking for a deli/sandwich spot in Midlow and kept getting the basic Subway/firehouse/jersey Mike's and finally this popped up in my Google search. I was super impressed. The options are a little overwhelming looking at the chalkboard behind the counter, but I knew what I wanted. A Ruben, and it hit the spot!
