Been eating great/healthyfor a month and decided that this beautiful day I deserved a nice treat that would possibly take me back to Europe. There's nothing like European pastries -and sometimes American cafes and bakeries come close, if not hitting the mark exactly. I loved the serve yourself concept for the pastries along the wall. I had coffee at home so I did not indulge in the coffee. Grabbed an almond cheese danish, a blueberry cheese danish, and a mocha cake slice - all very delicious! I very much appreciated the delicate feel of the cake which was pleasant and not overwhelming with frosting. I enjoyed half of it, saving the rest for post dinner delights. The packaging to go tickles me pink and I appreciate how it kept my cake slice secure on the way home. My visit was today, early Sunday afternoon. It's certainly a place I would meet a friend for coffee, and it would be certainly a happy place for me to go the next time I indulge.

The pastries were really good! We also had sandwiches. The turkey avocado was okish. The tuna was absolutely delicious. The bread was soft but didn't fall apart, it was really so good. Highly recommend the crème brûlée bomboloni. Never had that before, but it was divine. One of the kids had a packaged pastry, a sweet potato roll that was fresh, and had a subtle but delicious sweet potato filling. The whole place gives a Paris Metro aesthetic. I'm not sure who the target demographic is, but when we were there, it seemed like mostly 35+ was buying pastries. The music was way too loud to enjoy a pastry and conversation. The outside tables were full, as well as people hanging around leaning against the building, I assume, waiting for a spot outside to sit. There's plenty of indoor seating, maybe lower the music so people can sit inside and enjoy the environment. We will definitely be back, still thinking about the bomboloni I ate!

We have been on the lookout for nice bakery and coffee place (no more Starbucks visits), read decent reviews of Paris Baguette so decided to try out. We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious bakery and cappuccino here. After you have good look of displayed Cakes, Bakery items, variety of bread, sandwiches and more, I am pretty sure you would like to trying one or more items. Now, turn to the right wall, pick up a tray, place a sheet of bakery paper and a tong. Muslim brothers & sisters be advised: some bakery items contain bacon/pork so read ingredients labels on display. Take your tray to the cash register, order your drink, pay and walk to comfortable dining area. Being cold weather, you may seat yourself inside, there is option for outdoor seating in pleasant weather. Enjoy your visit, we certainly did and plan to go back soon.

I had a terrible experience at the Paris Baguette café in Manassas, Virginia.

Although I previously praised their products, today I must express my deep dissatisfaction due to a series of issues and deplorable customer service.

The customer service has been extremely poor from the employees and the manager. For example, while politely expressing a complaint to one employee, another employee rudely interrupted, calling the employee away from the conversation without considering my interaction with her.

Furthermore, I had a dreadful experience when I attempted to eat some McDonald's hamburgers in the café. The manager kicked me out, arguing that it wasn't fair to other customers. However, I have seen other people bring outside food and eat inside without any problem.

I want to mention the issues that led to being banned from the café. While I accept responsibility for using the women's restroom in an emergency, I want to emphasize that it was a single-person restroom, not a shared one. It was a mistake on my part, and I sincerely apologize for it. Although I was surprised that the employee in charge of the men's restroom was taking so long, which is why I ended up using the other restroom.

This incident was a triggering point, but the other problems I experienced are absurd and unjustifiable.

An incident occurred when I asked an attractive employee at the counter if she had Instagram. She politely informed me that she had a boyfriend, which I fully respected. However, the manager approached to complain that I was asking personal questions, insinuating as if I were a harasser, which I find unwarranted as it was a normal conversation with someone my age.

Another problem occurred when, in casual conversation, I asked another employee if she was studying at university or school. I was genuinely interested as she seemed dedicated to her work. Once again, the manager complained that I was asking personal questions, which is extremely bothersome. Now it seems that simple questions like "How's your day?" or "How are you?" can't be asked because they are considered "personal" and end up causing problems with the manager. It appears that one cannot have a normal conversation without it becoming an issue.

In summary, due to these senseless issues, I was banned from the café and cannot return. It is complete nonsense and lack of respect. Although the products are good, I would not recommend this place at all. Even the slightest detail can lead to problems, and the customer service is terrible. My experience was...

Update: so I went home with my chocolate croissants, and was ready to enjoy. They are stuffed to the max with this delicious, light chocolate whipped cream. I was immediately let down, when I realized they must’ve ran low on things and ordered from Panera! I HATE Panera’s chocolate croissants, and they are very distinct. There is the tiniest drop of chocolate after searching the whole pastry, and it is unappetizing, sticky, and gross, like something you’d find in a diaper.

I was really looking forward to getting a Paris Baguette. I always had to go to Annandale or Centreville from Woodbridge. It is one of our favorite bakeries anywhere. This one is mainly a cafe with tables and chairs. They have an extremely limited amount of popular individual items such as croissants. You can’t get whole loaves of bread or other large items sold at the other locations. I usually get a huge loaf of buttercream bread, and it’s only like $7. I had to buy individual servings here. I got one, and 2 donuts and 2 croissants and an iced tea for $35. It was kind of a rip off because you have to order small items that add up. I love to get the fresh cooked cheese breads, and things like that but they don’t have those either. My Yuzu Iced Tea was really bad and I immediately threw it out. If you are really craving a chocolate croissant which they’re known for, it’s fine. But if you are expecting a Paris Baguette you won’t be...

I have had 2 bad experiences with catering orders here. The first one was an “oops” with their online system offering times that should not have been available, it was inconvenient but I thought I’d give them another try because they’re close to my house and would make for a convenient pickup. The second order got lost completely - which I only found out because I called to confirm the order. I spoke to shift lead Ricky, who put exactly 0 effort into helping me. He didn’t ask for my name, order number, or phone number to try to find the order placed online. He ask the bakers if they had an order for me, they said no, and apparently that was the limit of effort he was willing to put in. I explained that I’d like to know if my order would be ready, so I could make alternate plans if needed, and Ricky couldn’t even commit to calling me back to let me know. What a joke. He said his manager comes in “whenever” and doesn’t have a regular schedule and isn’t reachable. This place is terribly run by teenagers, will not...
