Unfortunately I have to give another bad review. 2 weeks ago we went for ice cream with friends and there was HAIR IN MY ICE CREAM. The guy working that day had a thick beard that wasn’t covered all the way. 🤮 Decided to just let it go and not cause a scene but even still, that was nasty 🤢

Honestly we keep coming back cause we love the ice cream flavors and also the cones but yesterday on September 29th we went there like we do every Sunday, and wanted ice cream but they said they’re not doing that anymore even though it clearly says on the sign that they will sell ice cream UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30!! We told the staff member to take that sign down cause it’s not true anymore. We knew that September 30 was the last day for ice cream so we were confident we would still get some. So very disappointed. We drove there for nothing. We decided right then and there that we’re not going back anymore. Staff is VERY VERY bad at their job to be honest. Whenever something goes wrong (that is clearly their fault) no compensation, no nothing. I see the owner always says that they are training them but how hard is it to scoop an ice cream or put syrup on a snow cone?? Also, there should be someone in-charge with them who is knowledgeable to fix mistakes right? Seems like you’ve been training people for months and they’re still not good at their jobs. And pup cups for $3?? Really?? Starbucks gives theirs away for free. Overall, nice taste, bad service, BAD STAFF. Change or close it so other people won’t have the same experience.

🗣️⚠️ ALERT 🚨 PLEASE READ‼️ Decided to have a sweet treat after church with my kiddo. Ordered the Avalanche Slushie. It was a nice day so we played while waiting. When order was ready I immediately noticed there was a small FLY-LIKE BUG 🐜 on the rim of the cup 🚩 I figured because we were outside it may have just landed there. Because it wasn’t directly on the drink I got it off and thought nothing more of it. As I ate my slushie I kept noticing these little BLACK SPECKS 🧐 but couldn’t make out what it was. ⚠️ When the drink melted and just liquid remained in the cup there WERE A BUNCH OF FRUIT FLIES FLOATING IN THE JUICE‼️ Then I realized 😵 EXACTLY what those lil black specks 🐜🐜🐜 were 🤮 I had been LITERALLY DRINKING LITTLE PIECES OF BUGS‼️ 🤢 I ordered two different flavors and tried calling to warn the staff but no answer. Darn it, I have LOVED this place since we moved here & I keep a bag of pelican coins in my car at all times, and the employees are normally AMAZING daymakers....until the other day. I wish I knew how to contact management directly to share my concerns. I drove by without stopping because of unmasked crowds all huddled up directly in front of the shop; I told my kiddo we’d try later when the crowd dwindled. We went back...same deal, crowds just standing around directly in front of the windows, no masks, to include the employees. I wore a mask and try to approach the window and the crowd refused to allow personal space & continued loitering.
