Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I've shared a review on the subway once before and I am going to share another one because this time a different employee was working her name is Maddie she was outstanding. Before I place my online order I called to make sure they had meatballs because I know sometimes places will run out of things she let me know that they had plenty of meatballs and she was very prompt and very kind. When I arrived I believe she was the only person working and was taking care of multiple customers and was still very polite. When I ordered it I requested to have some vegetables on the side as I was going to be eating the sub later on in the night for a job I had to do at night time. She put my vegetables in a nicely neatly that's container for me which was fantastic I really appreciate that and the sub was made absolutely great. I eat at other subways sometimes on the peninsula area and when you order the meatball sub it's never like this one was it's made perfectly... toasted perfectly no slacking on the cheese or meatballs and not only that but you can see in the photo the sub which is a hot sub was wrapped in tin foil I've never got that anywhere but this Yorktown location. Absolutely phenomenal service she is fantastic!!! Perfection. Thank you...

Great Subway, always clean and fresh veggies. Frequent here very often for dinner and to get a sub if we are working double shifts during busy time of year. As a business owner myself for 10 years I appreciate the quality. Ashlyn is often working when I go in he is super polite talkative responsive and on his job 100% very nice young man, also another young African American male who's name I forgot my apologies, but him and the caucasian females who work, didn't catch their names, sometimes when I go in, are always very courteous and polite, subs are prepared perfect not lacking any toppings, this is why I chose here, and they always throw my veggies in on the side in a container like I request for my late nights and that's stand up work, I appreciate you all and your work ethic, it's rare these days.. business owner to business owner good choice on employees.....

I go to this location often. Today my service was incredibly rude! The lady that started my sub was dirty! Not a quality I like to see in my food service workers.... It was a horrible experience and I will not go back anytime soon nor will my family and friends...or at least till they change their staff, the very rude manager Brandi included! My hope is that they have video along with audio so that the owner can see how little customer service these people possess! There were a few others there that I had no interaction with and two others that did help me and I have no complaints about them....unfortunately, it only takes one person to completely ruin an experience and in this case, two...
