Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Virginia

I've had (mostly) bad experiences here before, but we tried again this weekend. The XL pepperoni pizza we ordered was undercooked and largely inedible - only one person even finished a slice.

I wrote to Pizza Boli, and included photos. Two days later, there's been no response. I can understand a bad pie, but the absolute lack of customer support has sealed the deal for me. This is on my "do not go" list.

I've had better experiences with other locations in the past... I'd like to think my problems are only with this store; but if "corporate" ignores customers, I can only assume that the chain has jumped the shark.

It's sad... my Daughter really likes their fries (this is why I'm giving 3 stars). I'll also note that my "Service" rating seems unfair - the in-person service at the store was friendly and efficient. I dropped to two stars because emails submitted through the website were never answered.

My low "atmosphere" rating is because of the location. There were groups loitering around the area, and my Daughter didn't feel entirely safe getting in and out...

It's okay. That about sums up my experience with Pizza Bolus. The pizza is admittedly better than dominos. This is not a compliment. It's not good pizza, it's good advertising. Valentino's is a real cut above. The chicken parm sub was even less impressive. The chicken was as manufactured as the pizza with less flavor. Don't expect actual chicken breast cutlet because what you're going to get is a giant italian seasoned processed chicken patty. I'm sure the package they buy it in reads "mechanically seperated chicken" as the primary ingredient. The sauce was bland, the chicken was bland, the cheese was bland.

To their credit the delivery was fast and they were very nice. It's not a terrible place, it's just not a replacement for a real pizza joint. It's a replacement for dominos...

Placed an order for delivery. Estimated time for delivery was 45 minutes after placing the order. The order arrived an hour and 27 minutes after placing the order. When I called to check on the order, 10 minutes after it should have been delivered I was told 5 to 7 minutes. 30 minutes later I called again, was told the driver just arrived at our complex. 12 minutes later the order finally was delivered. The person on the phone lied about where the driver was both times I called. The lasagna was noodles, tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese on top. The garlic bread didn't have any garlic. The spaghetti was actually fettuicine, tasted okay, but not what it was supposed to be. I would not recommend this...
