Update 1/28/2023 I will never come back to this Popeyes ever again. See my receipt from below. I waited 20 minutes for that order to be made. I was told it would be 8 minutes for the spicy tenders at 5:54. I waited patiently as other customers that ordered after me were walking out with their meals. At 6:14 I decided to inquire about my order... I was told they're still waiting on the tenders. I decided to wait another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I realized that the spicy chicken sandwiches would be almost 30 minutes old. 35 minutes after I placed an order, I decided I didn't want old fries and my family likely wouldn't be happy with cold spicy chicken sandwiches. I demanded a refund, I was told I would have to wait for a manager! I was steamed at this point, luckily the manager decided it wasn't worth making me wait longer. Now the fun part, took another 5 minutes to figure out how to refund a credit card purchase. The "manager" called someone to figure out how to refund my order. I got to enjoy listening to a teleconference in Spanish as the poor "manager" was sweating bullets hoping I wouldn't go ballistic especially as I stood there waiting. To the people waiting to order, I am sorry, Heck, I am not sure if my refund went through since I have never seen a voided refund receipt look like the one I received. I don't understand how fast food restaurants stay in business with the amount of issue I have getting a simple order. I hate to deep six a restaurant with 1 star, but after tonight they deserve it.
Finally, the way this Popeyes operates is simply chaos. Popeyes production line is costing this corporation a ton of money in waste and loss pf customers. Id recommend Popeyes leadership take a course in lean production. The layout and procedures are antiquated with improper execution. Orders are being screwed up routinely given how often I watched customers have to come back to ask for omitted items. Everyone in line had to wait for something; French fries, tenders, and biscuits were the top items causing delays in orders. One more note, with the minimum raise skyrocketing you'd think they get better workers, but no, it just caused inflation and led to a virtual loss of 3 dollars a hour in my purchasing power.
Old Review 12/21/2022. Tonights service and food were excellent. I have to raise this from an overall 3 stars to a 4 stars.
Older Review: If you came for Popeyes you won't be disappointed. The fried Spicy chicken tenders were good, but the mild ones had one or 2 out of 5 that tasted off. The fries and spicy chicken tenders were hot out of the fryer, which is always good. The only issue with Popeyes is the speed at which they take and fulfill customers orders. It's a little slow, but the system in place was not optimized for this kind demand. I recommend Popeyes do some research to find a way to optimize service at a higher rate of speed. I could see tens of customers leaving because the line is too long and slow. Again, this isn't a reflection on the employees, they tried their best to move as quickly as possible but the antiquated system slows this process down. That said, the food was good. I can't believe KFC is around when Popeyes is hands...

Since posting my original review 7 months ago, this location seems to be struggling with providing expected results. Yesterday I ordered on the mobile app which was easy and straightforward. When entering the store to pick up order it was absolutely chaotic even at 4:00 PM. It doesn't seem to be a worker staffing problem as there were plenty of employees working hard just that their actions were not efficient or effective. They ran out of spicy chicken tenders which led to a 15 minute wait. I watched a manager grab 14 tenders when they came up and place in a box then fill my order bag with 2 sides and the biscuits. Because I saw the order fulfilled by a manager I didn't bother to look in the bag before leaving the store which now I know I need to do that. When I got home and opened the chicken it was not 14 spicy tenders but 14 pieces of regular chicken not even spicy. There were multiple orders being filled at same time so my guess is that the chicken boxes got picked up out of order and inserted in the bag although I never observed any switch. I find the regular chicken only ho hum but I really dig the spicy chicken tenders so this put a damper on dinner last night. Obviously this isn't the worst thing that has ever happened to me but I have to admit I was mildly infuriated do to the mixup. I've visited other times over the last 7 months and usually only experience a longer than expected wait time not order mixups.
What can I say... Popeyes is my guilty pleasure. The food was great. Only downside was the wait. Other than that, I'll...
Read moreI give only one star for the bad time I had today in Popeyes, went to buy normal an order I was attended by a guy because the normal kind, but before I grabbed my order I asked him if my order was complete and he said yes, drive 25 minutes I get home and my children waiting for food and it comes out that only put the spicy chicken, which I asked him to I wanted 3 non-spicy pieces I didn't put them, I was driving again another 25 minutes... it was upset but the worst was yet to come. I came and talk to the person who attended me and told me to excuse that he was going to give me the order but I told him to drive here who paid my time and gas, he said I want to talk to your manager and she started talking to me the manager started talking to me that if she gave me something for free they would charge her the owner of Popeyes and also told me that owners were bad what they were doing was to get them out of work. I was surprised. As she meant their bosses. If it was something normal we have to try to make the client go satisfied that's all she told me that some French fries give me. I will not go to that bad service place again starting with the manager doesn't know how to fix a claim he speaks badly about his bosses. the manager gave me an excuse that the person who treated me was new at work...
