This location has offered delivery for quite some time now, and never had issues that warranted a review until now. Had a large party of guests in town, but my oven broke at the last minute. Since I couldnt cook as planned we all placed a delivery order on their website for our group. Order went thru online and said it would arrive in 40 minutes. Received email and text verification that order was received. Then also received text right on time stating that our order was on its way for delivery. Waited for awhile but order was well passed the delivery time plus some extra time for traffic or delay. Called the restaurant and curb side verified that the order was in their system and would arrive soon. Another 30 minutes pass, call back again and they say its coming. After another 30 minutes, tried to call back and was placed on hold time and time again. Never received our order, and was left with a hungry and upset group. Called in the next morning to speak with a manager and to confirm that our order wasn't delivered to the wrong address and to voice my frustration with how this was handled. Unfortunately no one picked up their phone, so decided to stop in after lunch time to speak with someone. The person who claimed to be the manager, (I kind of doubt it was in fact the regular manager) was unprofessional and acted as if he couldnt care at all. Said my order was in fact never placed online and that I was just making this up. I then showed him the emails and text verifying that their system did in fact show order was placed AND order was out for delivery. I also showed my call log to his restaurant and confirmed the times and name of the person I spoke with who confirmed my order was on its way after it was well passed the delivery time. All he could say was "I checked our system and you weren't charged, so you should be happy. That should be the end of it." Great customer service you guys have their. Either your staff lies to their customers about their orders being placed, or your system is faulty. Regardless, the response from your staff was beyond unacceptable, and the worst type of customer services I have...
Read moreWe came during dinner time on Friday to find the restaurant practically empty. We shouldnât have overlooked this obvious red flag as to the state Outback has fallen into over these past few months. We were firstly quite disappointed to learn that our favorite dish, the pork porterhouse was completely axed off the menu. After that we ordered our beverages and began to look over the reduced menu. On cue as we began to scan what was available a male employee began an obnoxious heated phone conversation in the booth next to ours, yelling and screaming over the phone. We immediately requested in the presence of both hostesses that they reseat us to abate the nuisance. The first hostess refused to immediately do so, instead insisting she would need to move some assorted utensils from the table the obnoxiously loud male employee was seated at to the kitchen first, the other hostess was nonresponsive to the request and continued to man the hostess station. The hostess moving the utensils made no effort to inform the male employee of the great discomfort he was causing my grandmother, who was fighting a migraine at the time, and instead continued to sort silverware at the table for approximately two minutes with ample opportunity throughout to inform the employee of the issue. As the first hostess went back to the kitchen, the second hostess relented and asked if we âstill wanted to move,â as the screaming became even more unbearable from the employee sitting at the booth next to ours. At this point 10-15 minutes had elapsed since our arrival, with no beverage or bread delivered to our table or follow up on the part of our server. We were quite frankly offended by the totality of the circumstances and left the restaurant immediately. No one from management ever was notified either to help with the situation, and all in all the quality of service was absolutely apalling. We could have quite frankly gotten far better service and satisfaction ordering a low grade cut Tbone steak from the local IHOP, which after this experience would honestly have far more credibility than this supposed...

Rating: â ââââ
I recently dined at Outback Steakhouse, expecting the delightful meal and service that the chain is known for. Unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with a long wait despite having a reservation. Once seated, it took ages for our server to acknowledge us. After several attempts to get their attention, we finally placed our order.
The wait for our food wasn't just long, it was excruciating. After what felt like an eternity, our meals arrivedâunfortunately, not quite as anticipated. My steak, which I had ordered medium, was decidedly raw. This was not just a minor issue; it was practically still mooing. When I tried to flag down our server to address it, it took several more minutes to catch their eye. When they finally approached, they seemed indifferent to my concern, offering a lackluster apology and stating it was "just how they cooked it."
After another long wait, my steak was replaced, this time cooked properly, but by then, the rest of my meal was cold. I felt like I was chasing a decent dining experience that just kept eluding me.
To add to my frustration, the staff didnât check in on us throughout our meal, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic. It was hard to enjoy my meal with the constant hustle and bustle, but what really struck me was the lack of effort to make the experience right.
Overall, Outback Steakhouse fell short in both food quality and service. I left feeling disappointed with the experience, and Iâm unsure if Iâll return anytime soon. Customer service can make or break a meal, and in this case, it...
