Update: I was in the area and decided to stop by this place after having a negative experience over a year ago and WOW! What a difference! The customer service went above and beyond! The employee talked about their new menu, my tastes, and what I might like or might not. I literally could not stop eating the japchae. No soy sauce needed or anything, it was absolutely delicious. The place was very clean and staff were actively cleaning snow and salt up with a smile. They never made anyone coming in feel bad. The prices were also more than fair for the quality and quantity. I actually plan on going back this weekend, it was that good! So if you went and had a bad experience, they’ve truly listened and improved. I recommend you give it another chance

I was so excited to try this place after the great reviews, and they had fried Oreos, my favorite! When I got it I was shocked. I ordered the signature Ooh Soo flavor and it was so bland, the chicken was also soggy and not crunchy. The fried Oreos, usually fluffy and battered and soft on the inside were hard and crunchy. A warm and welcoming small business worth supporting. They are kind and patient with my family and children. The ramen was my favorite. I did notice majority was pork broth but you can ask to swap for chicken broth. Afterwards they even told me how it was cooked; they have giant pots in the back that cooks the broth for hours, true effort and authenticity! The fried chicken was delicious, crispy skin and soft insides. I highly recommend the spicy wings to enjoy with coleslaw and rice. If the flavor seems too much, it most likely you should enjoy it with rice which is a given side if requested! As someone who loves Korean fried chicken and fell in love with the real thing while visiting Korea when my husband was stationed overseas, I can confidently say—this place is IT!

It’s so hard to find truly authentic Korean fried chicken, but this spot checks all the boxes. The flavor? Spot on. The breading? Crispy perfection with that light, crackly shell that doesn’t get soggy. Every bite was juicy, flavorful, and satisfying in a way only real Korean fried chicken can be.

The cherry on top? The customer service was amazing the entire time we dined in—friendly, fast, and super attentive.
