I placed an online order for pickup via the app. When I got to location the girl could not find my pizza, she handed me the Stromboli but said she couldn’t find the veggie pizza anywhere, she looked through multiple boxes. I showed her the app and she said ohhhh ok, here you go and handed me a box which was with the other pizzas she initially checked.
Now, I ordered a veggie pizza but instead was given a Spinach & Tomato pizza instead (which is also cheaper than the veggie pizza) so I let them know I was given the wrong item. The staff was rude, especially the lady (didn’t catch her name) but I spoke with Rafael, who was not helpful. His response was, “ it’s still a veggie pizza though, at this location this is how we make veggie pizzas. What you are describing is a Supreme pizza that comes with meat. If you want a custom pizza as you are describing it is best to order in person.”
I explained multiple times that the app shows something else, and again he said, “we do things differently here.” When I asked for his manager, he said you can try to talk to him but he will say the same thing, and he won’t be back until tomorrow so maybe he’ll be nice and remake it but only if you come Monday (this was a Friday) I told him I could not come Monday as I would be out of town but could come next day, Saturday. Rafael said, he won’t help you, it’s a busy day and he will be too busy to attend to you, so come back Monday.

Read moreI just decided to try the salad for the first time and paid nearly 4 dollars only to find there was a ladybug in it. I was on a work break and could not go back to the store in order to bring back the salad because I had a limited time frame. I came back with the photos and the manager refused to give me a refund and was offering only another salad or item from the store. He claimed unless I brought back the salad with the insect then i could not receive a refund. I had came a few days later because the sight of the salad made me nauseous due to me almost eating the bug. I do not feel comfortable eating there after finding a whole ladybug in my meal and was denied the refund.
