I waited over an hour for my drinks. I ordered my drinks when they first opened Their was only one employee and the store manager and another employee came in (the employee that made the drinks) so I was their before they even got there. I waited while the other customers ordered In line after me got their drinks. I was being patient seeing their was only 3 people behind the counter after 15 minutes I noticed the customer after me all got their drinks and left I went up to the counter respectfully just asking when my drinks might me ready and he said he’s the only one making drinks and to be patient I responded okay and waited back in line because I needed to go back to work, and time was getting close so after another 20 minutes i asked the guy again that was making the drinks if he could toss my drink instead of making my PAID drink his tone got very aggressive towards me and he agreed to toss it instead of making it. Read moreThis Starbucks Kiosk is absolutely atrocious. Each time I go here, the employees are rude and lethargic. They never give the correct items, even if it's something as simple as a loaf. If you ask for it warmed they literally just give it to you as is. The employees clearly have no idea what they have in their own kiosk or how to make drinks. Sometimes they tell you, "We only have what's in the display case." but then another employee will give it to you no problem. If you order from the mobile app and your drinks are wrong (always are by the way) they'll tell you you have to get a refund via the app (an option that doesn't exist). Ask them how to do it and no one knows the answer, and/or gets an attitude about someone commenting on their horrendous customer service because they can't make a drink correctly. Honestly, this Starbucks should have stayed closed, and I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time and money here, go to the one...
