I just ordered a Frappuccino (27 April 6:36 PM) and the lady taking the order was extremely rude the whole time.
I ordered a Frappuccino and she asked me something that I didn’t understand (English is not my first language) and I asked my husband for help and she got so annoyed and started mumbling while walking to the back saying she didn’t have time for that and that she was very busy and just left. There was literally no one else but us. Then my husband told her to get me a large cup cause he figured that’s what she was asking (she didn’t want to repeat what she had said earlier so it was all guessing). Then we were going to pay with a voucher and she said they don’t accept vouchers. If she didn’t know if they could or not she could have just said so instead of saying no and getting upset. She told my husband “I already made your drink so you need to pay” to which I replied that the meal vouchers are accepted in all the airport but she still wouldn’t even try. My husband told her to just scan the code which she again wouldn’t do and we had to do ourselves. The voucher was accepted by the Machine but she didn’t apologise she told us to move from the line in an angry manner when I hadn’t even grabbed my drink.
I can understand that maybe she was having a bad day but I was very polite and friendly all I ask in return is to be treated with the same respect.
The drink was ok so it’s a shame that the service is so disappointing. Please make sure your employee learns how to be kind to people...
