This was the worst costumer experience of my life !!!!I went to this Starbucks with my brother in law who came with his family from England to visit the United States, as he was ordering his coffe a lady came behind him with the a service dog after he got done ordering he turned around and tripped on the poor dog caused him to fall and break 4 coffe mugs from what I think an unsafe display mountain of mugs right on isle on a busy terminal. the store manager ............ Mr. Khalid was rude and very disrespectful to me and my brother in law he was more worried about us paying for the coffee mugs then the safety of his costumers to the point he wouldn't even fill out an accident report until after we payed for the broken merchandise..... people were shocked of the way he communicated with us 'his costumers' this guy or I should say this young man has no business being a store manager especially at a major international airport where foreigns arrives and have or I should say will have a bad first impression of our country by going to this Starbucks and dealing with Mr. Khalid I hope Starbucks corporation will seriously take act on this issue before someone gets...
   Read moreFirst of all, the man named Mohammed Salim was the one who helped us. He was a short guy with short black hair . He had TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ALSO, he kept making spitting and gargling noises and telling us he has a problem with his throat BUT WHY would he do it WHILE MAKING MY DRINKS ! It was completely disgusting and made me not even want to drink my drink afterwords. Then he tried to give me a SMALL when my receipt was clearly a LARGE then he was giving me problems about the size until I showed him a receipt . He continued with rolling his eyes and going back amd forth like he was lost. This by far was the worst customer experience my whole life at a Starbucks. For three different dates, as soon as I sit down to drink coffee or eat something, he came to the table where I was seated to clean . Without any regards or respect to personal space of a customer, he probes his broom all the way where my feet was rested on the floor.
