Customer service pretty hit and miss here. They can never hear my order so I always have to repeat myself three times, by the end of it I feel like I’m shouting my order at them. And it seems to me they don’t even pay attention when I repeat my order. For instance I’ll ask for lemonade in my drink three times and their subsequent question will be “do you want that with lemonade?” And to make matters worse they’ve given me the wrong order more than a handful of times.
