I used to be a regular at this Starbucks...until Monday. I usually go in the morning before work and I order a nonfat caramel latte. Lately, I have been ordering a double shot expresso in a trenta cup with ice. The first couple times I ordered it, I had no problems. Then I was told that they had to give it to me the expresso in a venti cup because they couldn't ring it up as a trenta cup, but would give me a trenta cup on the side. So each morning I would order the exact same thing and be told the exact same thing. Perfectly fine! I just wanted to be clear about what I needed. I wasn't trying to force anyone to do anything outside of their policy. On Monday, I made my order and then asked the young man on the speaker if he could just give me the expresso in the regular cup that expresso comes in and just give me the trenta cup with ice. I said, that would help save you a venti cup. He says, I've told you before that we aren't doing that." So when I get to the window, I pay for my order and I tell him, "Please don't chastise me. I was trying to help not be wasteful (venti cup). I just wanted the expresso in it's regular cup and I was asking for a cup of ice." He proceeds to tell me that every morning I come there and ask for the same thing. I tried to explain to him that I have been there before (last week) and ordered the same thing and they honored my request. He then calls me a liar. Literally. And says, he is there every morning. I assure him that he is not. A young lady then comes to the window and I try to explain that I didn't appreciate him calling me a liar and she tells me that he wasn't rude. She then says, "Do you want your drink or not?" I ask her if I could speak to her manager and she proceeds to tell me that she is the manager. I then ask her for her name and asked her to spell it(Shak). I told her to have a great day and pulled off. As a paying customer who is NEVER rude and I tip, I do not deserve to spoken to in...
Read moreWhen you order through the app, a message displays saying you can pick up your order inside at the counter, but you can’t. When you get there, the doors are locked and a sign says you must pick up your order at the drive-through window. It took half an hour today for me to pick up my mobile order, so I was late for a hair appointment, which put both my hair stylist and me behind schedule for the rest of the day. By the time I realized the 2 cars in front of me were each placing huge orders, other cars had pulled behind me, and I was stuck in the line. The app should be customizable enough to display the correct message so customers have the option to go to a different Starbucks —or just skip it. I’m sure the reason customers can’t go inside is COVID related—fair enough—but we should get the correct information when ordering so we can make an...
Read moreThis Starbucks is so hit or miss. One day the employees are super nice and the next they are rude and mean. The barista did not make my drink correctly, when I sent it back she yelled at the drive thru guy saying what!? Why!? Like a child. It’s pretty awful for everyone to have to deal with her tantrums, especially the other baristas. I’ve seen her throw them before. If the drinks not right, it’s not right, just make it better.throwing things around, slamming stuff down in the counter is extremely unacceptable. It’s kinda scary too. Also, countless of times I’ve ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there’s no cream cheese in the bag. Super frustrating when you’re on the go and don’t have time to go back. All things being said, when my drink is good and the baristas are good it’s a...
