My family came 1.5 hours to see the Harlem Globetrotters on March 7th. When I saw there was a Steak 'n Shake, I knew we had to go! The cashier, Revanth, was friendly and patient while taking our large order ($100+) He took our order and filled it after it was cooked. The food was hot and good. My only complaint is that he was filling the orders while other workers were standing there watching. When I re-read the order number to him and asked politely if the food was mine (because he wouldn't tell me) he condescendingly replied "YES". This happened a little more than a year ago and I haven't been...
