Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

Oven Roasted Chicken Breast (the meat) was grossly under-cooked, "sponge-like'. Sandwich was also light on the vegetables. One of the worst Subway sandwiches I've ever purchased, anywhere.

Staff wasn't overtly rude but definitely "indifferent" as if they could have cared less. No return smiles, absolutely no social skills.

Scanner wasn't working properly, wouldn't scan my Subway Rewards QR. After trying multiple times I asked the cashier if it had been successfully scanned in. She said "Yes" (obviously trying to get rid of me) as I later discovered it wasn't.

Very rude owner. The lady making the sandwich was non chalant but the owner wow. I had to come back because my extra meat, extra cheese sub had pretty much no meat on it. I was very nice and opened to show them and you could clearly see or not see hardly any beef. The owner snatched it away and said we can't satisfy you go away. I said no sir you can satisfy me make my sub please. He was extremely rude for no reason. I am a regular customer here and have had no problems will never be back. The couple that own the place have a below average customer service. The husband particularly have no personality, no morals or principles of what customer service means. When my mother was trying to have conversation with them in he gave rude answer instead of responding politely with some maturity.
