Supreme Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Virginia

I just moved into the area and decided on trying this pizzeria from a flyer I received at my home. Being used to the major chains way of operating, I was actually pleasantly surprised by no delivery charge, you just have to worry about the bill and if you want to tip the driver. Ordered 2 large pizzas, one pepperoni and the other gyro meat using an included coupon. I was quoted for 45-50 minutes, but they arrived within around in 30. Pizza was better than I would have expected, though I have been used to upstate NY pizza when I eat local pizza, so I was at least bracing for really large but droopy pizza. It wasn't either, but the pizza was pretty stacked and was quite good. Not too doughy, which is nice and the toppings are baked into the cheese, so you don't have to worry about pieces falling off. Never again! I ordered Pizza, An Italian Salad, Wings and a Can of Soda last week Thursday off the Slice App. When my order arrived, the pizza was burnt, the meat on my salad was spoiled, the can of soda and salad dressing was missing. I contacted Slice about the issue with my order and a man claiming to be the restaurant manager called me. I was promised a full refund but that did not happen. Contacted Slice and spoke to a woman manager today expressing my frustration and demanded my refund. The female manager called me back and started screaming and yelling at me as I did something wrong when in fact this restaurant had the audacity to send me burnt and spoiled food. Worst food delivery experience ever. I used Grubhub to place an order at 2:14 PM. I ordered a hot veggie sub, a cheeseburger sub, a salad with Italian dressing, and a six pack of Coke. Immediately, the restaurant called to say they were out of cheeseburger subs, so I ordered a steak and cheese instead. Nearly an hour later, the restaurant called to say they were running late. I requested a refund, but was told that I would get a 20% discount on my next order instead. At 4:05 PM, the order finally arrived. The salad arrived in a leaking brown paper bag with no dressing.
