I recently ordered several items from this store and my experience was completely unacceptable:

The clothing arrived defective and did not match the quality or descriptions shown online.

I reached out to resolve the issue, but the owner refused any exchanges or refunds, citing a strict no‑returns policy—even for damaged merchandise.
