Listen, I've been here before, and the customer was awesome, so much so that I told my sister, and now she's coming here. Today I came here 3/14/2025. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted until five minutes later from a young lady with braids, who said I’ll be right with you. After another five minutes, I requested for her assistance inquiring about the pricing of cat food. She act as if I was disturbing her each time I ask about a price I asked about a particular price about a a ND food only to find out the bag was expired. She abruptly grabbed the bag and took it to the front behind the register. Times are difficult and I would not patronize a business who does not value customer service or my presence she does not need to work the front. She needs to be a stock person. I also asked for a receipt and was told it will be sent via text to my number on file, guess what Inever received it. If that is going to be her attitude I would not be patronizing this business anymore, and I will encourage other people to not patronize this...

Awesone customer service and convenient prices. I first entered to check which brands of cat food they sell and ended up buying a Orijen's bag to try with my senior cat. Since cats are picky, I was looking for another brand that both my two cats like right now, but the store didn't have the specific type I feed them. That's why I purchased Orijen.

But, the good news is they accept customers requests for specific products they don't have in store, so they're going to call me or text me to inform price and availability of either of the two products I was looking for. I'm glad that I found this store. I didn't check the dog aisle, sorry!
