El Pulgarcito Grill — Restaurant in Woodbridge

This place is horrible. I have given them 3 chances. Each time it's pointless. If you show up. No one will ever come to your table to give you a menu or serve you. You will need to go to the cashier. And when they see you they run into the kitchen and hide. They have a bell. So after you ring it a few times. People walk by but they act like they don't speak English or Spanish. They just shrug their shoulders and walk away. Now let's say you order on the phone. When you get there. They act like they don't have your order. Then they say ok we will make it now. If you order on Door Dash or Grubhub get ready for a long wait. Because they will not start the order until the driver shows up. Then the driver has to go through the bell ringing and searching for someone that can talk. Then the driver will find out that the order was never made. So the driver will leave and reject the order and you will have to wait for a 2nd driver to accept it. STAY AWAY...

First of all, I appreciate they are serving during this pandemic. But what I faced today was outrageous. I ordered 3 dishes (2 chickens and 1 shrimp) via doordash. I picked up order and confirmed with lady. I didn't check my food there but when I came to home one of the dish was beef and shrimp was not there. So, I called them and took beef dish with me for exchange. Now the guy looked into my order, checked beef dish I returned and said somebody has eaten from there. I mean seriously? I won't lie there was some gravy spilled while driving and I don't eat beef but I was hoping he would apologize to me for serving me wrong order. Anyway, I gave explanation and they replaced it but that is really bad customer service.

I will never ever...

I'll start by saying that we arrived and waited like 30 minutes just for our drinks as the waitresses were too busy charming the men. We ordered drinks with alcohol which had almost none of it, we waited for the food like 30 more minutes, which was some dishes good, but the chicharrones: "you should have given us all the fat from the chicharrones". In the end we had an additional charge, apart from tax which I asked about: ANSWER ONE: "It's the taxes". I replied: the taxes are up there. ANSWER TWO: It's the guy, but down below it said TIPS WAS NOT INCLUDED, WHICH IT WAS. REALLY DISAPPOINTING. They clearly deceive the customer, not to mention that the volume of the music is too loud, too boisterous. I WILL NEVER GO BACK...
