ALDI — Local services in Woodbridge

If there was zero, they don’t even deserve a one start. I went to return some items and one of the items was on sale already. The lady who was on the register was talking to her manager in a different language and saying we can’t give you full amount. I was trying to explain what other locations usually do, that’s is only if I don’t have receipt. But this lady has issues and start mistreating. She doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I hold my anger and trying to leave the place in peace. But this rude lady followed us saying we took back the items we already returned. She was sure to come to our car while communicating with her manager on a phone and search. She start arguing saying that we took it back until her manager told her it’s in the store.to me this is stereotyping and mistreating customers who she thinks are shoplifters. She should t be there if she doesn’t know how to treat customers! The worst location, never had this kind of experience at Other locations. her...

I wanted to report a formal compliant about the cashier with the name Estrella. The ALDI is loctated at the address 13291 Gordon Blvd. Woodbridge VA. I had one of the worst experience in my life. She mistreated me very badly. I greeted her but without response from her side and there was no eye contact at all. She throw my stuffs on the cart carelessly and hit my hand with gallon of milk. I said you hit my hand and she never said sorry. I also requested cash back and I asked her to break it into fives and she said that is not her duty to break it into fives. She pushed my cart away aggressively. That was a my experience and I dont want to come back to this location. I will really appreciate if the management reach out to me....

Unfortunately this ALDI seems to have been rejected by the grocery store chain. Compared to other ALDIs in the area, this one feels like it is stuck in the early 2000s. There aren't many carts, the floor and lighting and overall store design hasn't been updated, and overall the products just seem to be placed at random. I've always been able to find what I need, but the expiration dates seem to be much closer than at other locations. It's definitely not my first choice ALDI, but it'll do.

Also there are no self checkouts which makes it a pain to shop there especially when I'm trying to get in and out and there's a long line. Yes, singular line. They never have enough...
