I DO NOT recommend this bakery!!! I was referred to them and I ordered custom cupcakes for an event, I specifically asked for a certain wrapper, which I was told and assured they can do and it would be done. I paid half deposit upfront and the remaining balance at pickup (Day of event) before arrival, I called to make sure the cupcakes were ready and I was told everything was good to go, I also asked if the cupcakes could be individually packaged due to pandemic, I was told no because they were already boxed. When I arrived of course the requested wrappers were NOT done, I asked to speak to a manager, she came to the front and said, my request was not on my order slip, I then had to point it out to her, she apologized, I asked for a discount or compensation for the mess up, she goes to the back to speak with someone, then comes to me and say sorry, nothing can be done or no adjustments can be made. So I then ask her, well can you atleast put red or chocolate sprinkles on top of the cupcakes as compensation? She leaves to the back again, comes out and says...they don't have any sprinkles other than unicorn colors!! (Pastels) š¤š²
In my opinion, as the manager I would have given the first time customer a 10% discount on next purchase or something, they offered NOTHING for the mess up with the cupcake wrappers, for not having sprinkles, for not being able to individually packaged, for not reading my order slip correctly. Etc.

We've been here before, we visit anytime we stop in the area (from NJ) We bought 4 cookies, 2 baklava, 8 macarons 2 tartes and a cheesecake mousse dome thingy. While the macaron were amazing. The tartes okay but missin sugar in the crust and the dome was good. The bakalava was soooo dry, chewy and just not traditional at all. Felt weeks old and like it was defrosted. I had to take off half the layers and make my own orange zest juice (like it should have) to soften it up a little.
The bigger problem was the cookies. Ive had the before... They claim its been the same recipe but my kids use to eat them. Last night, they gave them back. Snapped em and they could have broke a tooth! I took a bite and tasted like pie crust. And idk what the frosting stuff is... Silly to assume it was sugar cookies and butter cream like a normal bakery. Its possibly 8 cups flour and some milk with cinnamon maybe? For $3/cookie it should have been baked perfection. We went in to ask for a refund but they refused straight up. Sayingš„ "we cant resell them, so you're not getting a refund" š„ cool. I asked the gentleman who took my order their closing time on Sunday and was told 8pm. Next day I went to pick up the Order around 6:30-7pm and found out they were closed. I checked online and it stated 5pm. I called them today, spoke to the same gentleman who agreed he made a mistake and will refund the money and placed me on a brief hold. A co-worker of his came on the phone and practically told me itās my fault that I didnāt call. I explained to her why would I call if I had already placed the order and was told the shop closes at 8pm. She kept arguing with me and was extremely rude and would not refund the money. I asked her to provide me her name and she wouldnāt. Iāve been ordering cakes and strawberries from them for years and have always paid in advance and always picked them up. Iām absolutely dissatisfied with the customer service they provided me and will never go back there again! Absolutely pathetic! Itās not the customers fault if an employee of the business provides incorrect information.
