I go inside to order and try and order from the kiosk. That was futile. So I went to the counter and sat there. Finally, I was saying hi, hello, can I get some help. They just looked at me like I am crazy. Then turned around and just ignored me. Ok. So I go to the drive-through and order 2 beans with no onions, extra cheese, and extra extra red sauce. I get up to the widow, and they tell me they don't know how to make a bean burrito with extra extra red sauce. Then charged me an extra 1.60 for the .002 cents worth of red sauce. I get home, and the burritos don't have any red sauce. And the cup they gave me was 1/2 of what they put on the burrito normally. So needless to say, I had very dry and unsatisfactory burritos I paid 6 dollars for. And then was charged for extra sauce. But I didn't even get the regular amount that's supposed to be on them. This was Broad Street at Tuckernuck Square. Prior to that, I had gone to the Staples Mill store and paid 40 frigging dollars for Taco Bell. They didn't add any extra sauce or sour cream or cheese. They gave me chips with no cheese sauce as well. I got upset and asked please can I get what I ordered for 40 frigging dollars?"" Mind you, I got a quesodilla and some burritos and tacos. For 40 frigging dollars. And then the manager got all mad at me and told me to leave and then proceeded to chase me out the door and then take pictures of me and my car. And she proudly said I got you on camera. Like, ok. These two stores used to have good quality food and service. I guess they want to overcharge and give you inferior service. This sucks because Taco Bell used to be one of my go-to's. Wow. Just wow. I hope this review helps some people find a place that charges adequate prices for what you get. I am totally bummed out. These companies are getting greedy for money. Charge 3 times for...
Read moreTonight i went to taco bell and was so hungry i ordered 16.36$ worth of food. It was just after midnight and i was the only car in the drive thru. After getting home i noticed that half of my order was missing. I called back and explained how they had forgotten the Chalupa Cravings Box with my order. The lady said they would remake it and asked when i could be back. After i ate the other half of my order they managed not to forget before it would get cold, i returned back for the part that was missing. Upon my arrival (30 minutes after i left) i was asked for my receipt, which they also managed to forget. Then their manager (Serena) was in the window saying how she personally made the box and put it on the counter when i ordered so she knew i got it. Basically calling me a liar straight to my face over a 5$ box that was paid for but never given to me. I was appalled at her attitude and very distraught that i had to take extra time in the middle of the night to go back and get what i had already paid for. On top of the fact she was almost yelling at me and extremely rude, i was now concerned that the rest of my food may have been tampered with at this point. I have never in my life been so disgusted or disrespected by somebody's unprofessionalism in my entire life. The food was okay but i wouldnt recommend going here unless you're very drunk and hungry and dont care how poorly youre treated or if they even get your order correct. Next time ill just eat the loss because nothing can make up for the way i was treated at this...
Read moreI had an awful experience at this location. I ordered a crunchwrap with beans instead of beef, fresco style, with added potatoes and guacamole, and a Baja Blast to drink. When we got to the window, they told us to "just drive over there" and wait. We waited for 20+ minutes, then the drive-through person got the customer in line to honk at us to get our attention. I had to squeeze between the car and the window to grab my order. When I got back to my car, the crunchwrap had none of my customizations. The drive-through line had 10+ people in line at this point, so I called and let them know the order was wrong. The person on the phone was very apologetic and told us that they accidentally gave us the wrong order and that he was making another one fresh for me. So we drive around, they tell us to park in the same spot and had us walk to the window again, we get back to our car and the crunchwrap only had half of the customizations -- mainly, it had beef instead of beans. I called them again, let them know that they got the order wrong again and that we've been waiting too long to go through this again, and I asked them to please refund us. They said they would talk to their manager and get it refunded. We drive off, realizing that they didn't even give us our drink either time. And of course, weeks go by and they never actually refunded us. Never going to this...
