First time I ate at this location it was amazing, as it should be for as much as it costs now. The second time they messed my complete order up after it was definitely rung up right. Third time was yesterday, where it was rung up correctly again and my food was wrong, not the whole order but a part of it. I decided I wanted a refund, it was 25 minutes from the point I received my food and returned. I explained that I wanted a refund, the women working offered to remake what was wrong only because the order was too expensive to refund. Mind you it was 25 minutes to return, meaning that by this point had I waited for a remake of just the wrong items and traveled back to work id have been looking at nearly an hour of time on the other food. Tacos would of been soggy and cold, the other food would of met the same fate. Note the fact that she also pointed out the amount the order was, yes you're right, for what the order costs I should receive hot, fresh, correct food the first time. Not a mostly cold and soggy order with two remade items that are correct the second time around. On top of that I lost time, gas, and now money spent I cant recover. I left 100% of the food with her, again what do i look like eating high priced soggy cold food? While the person wasn't rude, she remembers the fact that they made the same mistake the time before where I infact only came back to get what was messed up replaced.. I believe after a second time I deserved a refund for my troubles and not cold soggy food.. on top of that the night before my other half went through and they messed her order up too. While im all for having some fun to pass the time, it appears its more of a social situation than paying attention to how things need to be made and customer serious. I would not recommend this place at all during night time hours.

This is a true story, and it needs to be told to corporate. She’s a weirdo and people like that just shouldn’t have mommy’s money and a job like that.
She’s a pig (physically and mentally). Gets jealous of other women in the job, she’s unreliable, never follows the rule. She waits until the worker is finished with work for her to follow the worker home and stalk them like a psycho.
Nobody on the job likes her, I heard she tried to sleep with two of the male workers there… she’s quite weird, especially for people her age. The two male workers said she’s ugly, BOTH.
That’s why Jackie is harassing that one female worker. I hope this comes to attention. If you ever stop by this Taco Bell, ask for Jackie and make sure to tell her about herself so she can understand how freaky she sounds.

Fast food workers when you short a person's order the proper correction is not to tell the customer to come back and you'll give them the missing item. You have now cost the person time, wear and tear to their vehicle and gas.
Your restaurant that shorted our order is 10 miles and 20 minutes of travel time each way from our house.
Basic math that's 2/3 of an hour of just travel time. If I was getting paid my hourly rate that would be $39.53 of lost wages for your mistake.
Mileage reimbursement for wear and tear on a vehicle is $.66/mile. So, that's $13.20 of wear and tear on my vehicle due to your mistake.
Gas burned would be about 1 gallon at $3/gallon.
In total for me to return to your business due to your mistake you cost me a total of $55.73.
So, my request of you fully refunding the $35.80 is not an unreasonable request to correct your mistake.
