Used to come here all the time, what a surprise it was when I sat down and they handed me a menu with the prices covered. We were confused and asked our waitress about this, to which she replied carelessly that the owner insisted on having prices removed. We asked her how her guest know what they are paying for, she twisted her lips and checked her nails, telling us that we just order and find out the prices when we pay. We asked her to tell us the prices because we hadn’t wanted to spend that much, she refused, so we left. Not that she cared even a little bit, this is by far the worst experience I have ever received, and this practice makes it so they can gauge the prices whenever it pleases them, and makes it so anyone can be discriminated against for any reason. Let me just start by saying... these pupusas are AMAZING!!! I haven't had legit authentic Salvadorian pupusas in forever. After scrolling through 10 pages of restaurants on Google, I stopped on this page and started reading. I saw the word Salvadorian and pupusas and it caught my attention. I drove out 30 minutes away from where I reside to see what the hype was about. I ordered the pupusas revueltas (mixed) and as I took the first bite, it was as if my mouth went to pupusa heaven. So there are a lot of South American restaurants in the Woodbridge area... some authentic, some not so much! This is one of the authentic ones and it is delicious!! The carne asada with black beans and rice with a side of parmesan corn is LIFE! You can sit in and eat but it’s really more of a carry out type of place. Extra hint... if you don’t speak Spanish get your google translator out... I’ve never heard anyone speak ANY English here. No me importa, it’s mouth watering!
