Burrito says this place pillaged my digestive track the next day. The fact that it’s next to a head shop should tell you almost everything you need to know. Dumpling was overwhelmed by the large menu with a lot going on. The tots and onion rings were loaded the grease like the oil wasn’t hot enough during cooking, and they were not drained properly coming out of the fryer. They also were not fried hard enough to have a really crispy outside, which is our preference. The owner was nice and very enthusiastic. If it became more of a build you own burger with choices from different categories, and he limited the premade stuffed burgers to three with a few sandwiches, it would probably all present better. It also needs some help on the execution. Especially with the fried foods, as discussed. For essentially $20 a person for a combo, we expected more or at least better execution. Their unexpectedly very clean bathroom got them the 2nd star.

Pretty awesome burger place! Having tried two burgers I am confident that it is not possible to order a bad burger here, they’re all great! Of course, they are all pretty greasy and very far from healthy, but if you’re looking for a healthy burger, what’s wrong with you? On the healthiness scale, I’d say they’re about as healthy as Taco Bell or Hardee’s, so be cautious. The burgers themselves really do not look very good at all, but they are, despite the misconception! The restaurant itself is pretty shabby, and looks like it was thrown together to be just barely suitable (nothing actually wrong with it though). My only other complaint would be that it is pretty pricey - burgers alone are around $8, and then you gotta add in sides and a drink, so each meal is around $15, so I won’t be frequenting here for burgers. Other than that, this is a pretty great joint, I would come back again!

Unfortunately, I didn't get to experience the food because in my vacation mind today was Saturday, but to be fair to them it is Sunday. We walked in at 7:02, but they closed at 7. I was skeptical because the chairs were up, but the sign on the door said, "Come on in, we're open." So my 6 yr old daughter and I walked in. We stood at the counter and tried to get the attention of staff that we saw when we entered, but no response. I told my daughter, "we don't spend money in places where we are not acknowledged." We left and stood outside reading the signs at the establishment next door. While we were doing so, one of the staff members locked the door. It was in this moment that I acknowledged my mistake. I would have had no problem if one of them would have said "I'm sorry we are closed."

Alright let me first start out by saying that I love writing reviews for little hole in a walls like this. Places like this are where I've found some of the best food. The food was great. No if, ands, or buts about it at all! The burgers were seasoned just right, the fries were ok but had the right amount of seasoning on them. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star review is how long it took to get my order. We ordered at 210 pm on Sunday November 26th, and we didn't recieved our food until 301 pm. Two burgers, and two orders of fries took 51 minutes to make. If the place were super busy I may have understood, but it wasn't. Would I give this place another go around? Absolutely! But if I had to wait more than 30 minutes for a burger the next time, that would be the last go around.

The best burger I’ve had in Hampton roads . Highly recommend trying the Viking sauce on the side if your burger doesn’t come with it, the beef is fresh , juicy and full of flavor. Great fries and ranch sauce . I would highly recommend trying these burgers out
