Overall poor experience. They messed up our order and argued with us for a while to correct the order.
Hereās the experience:
Ordered online.
Picked up via drive thru.
Reached home and realized the wrong order was packed. Our baconator was missing bacon! And the spicy jalepeno popper sandwich was missing jalepenos and bacon!
We were hungry so we ate what we were given.
We called in to the location of pickup after eating to let them know.
A lady picked up, and after some conversation we agreed that I could come by sometime in the future to pick up the correct meal since it didnāt make sense to come that day.
Overall the experience to resolve our matter was horrible, and described below.
2 days later I returned to pick up a corrected order.
The cashier entered in the details then went to get her manager.
The manager said she needed to call her manager.
After the manager called her manager she came back and asked for the entire orderās details again.
Then she came back again and asked if I called the right store, what time I called, and evidence of the call. We showed the manager our call log.
Then she came back again and said, āwe donāt believe you called this store. I was here the whole night, I didnāt receive your call, but we can give you 1 of the 2 sandwiches for freeā.
This was despite the evidence provided from our phones call log displaying a 60 second conversation with their location 2 days prior.
I said no thanks and that if they want to make it right they can, or else Iām leaving.
Then she called her manager again and finally an agreement to make it right.
And by the way, the did mess up the order again. This time they forgot to put jalepenos in the spicy...

A mid-teen, who was clearly new to driving a cash register, took the order. Being new is not a problem, but being rude and disinterested is. He didn't yet have an understanding of the menu but took exception when I suggested quite politely that he turn and look at the menu board to correlate the words of the order being offered by my son and I as a way to better coordinate the words with the menu item number. Despite being told 3 separate times what I wanted on my spicy chicken sandwich, the sandwich was delivered in its standard menu form rather than as ordered. He mumbled any question or response and appeared to be offended when asked to speak up
A more experienced staff member was asked to provide a replacement sandwich but that was a fraught process because he had to be told three times as well. Clearly, not a good...

I asked for his name but he purposely kept mumbling it, even claiming he had no last name. The best I could get was "Blnik"??? We've gone to this location for years. I've never thought of having to check my food for fingernails! I also would never have thought the reaction to learning of such a thing from the manager would be so confrontational and lacking common sense or empathy in any way. I'm NEVER going back.
