11/22/24 11:30am They were not busy with only one person inside and 3 cars in the drive-thru. I went through the drive-thru for lunch and noticed the first of three cars was asked to pull up and wait. I got to the window and paid, was handed my drink and frosty, then told (not asked) to pull up to the railing because "there's a 3-minute wait on the spicy". As I was pulling up, I heard a lot of "ooo, he mad" and cackling. My facial expression must have shown my irritation being told I had to sit and wait AFTER taking my money instead of when I ordered or before I paid. I waited about 5 minutes and some woman brought out my bag, held it out with one arm as she was turning away and said "here go", then walked away. I had no confidence they didn't do something disgusting to the food so I couldn't enjoy it. The restaurant was wild inside. It is awful and poorly run. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don't waste $15 like I did for the horrible customer service provided by the staff. To the owner/manager, do not respond with a canned response. Read moreWent to drive through..Ordered double with extra cheese ketchup and mustard, single cheese mustard and onion,1 single plain. half berry bunch salad and 2 frosty's. After waiting at window for 5 mins, guy tells us to pull up, waiting on salad. After pulling up and waiting another 5 mins, guy comes out with an order. And no frostys. Checked, and it was order for lady behind us. So, go in to counter, and girl comes up and says i know what happend. She took it, and i waited ANOTHER 14 MINS and finally guy asked if had had chicken order. Did set out2 frostys. Told him part of my order, he said hold on. In the mean time, NOBODY AT REGISTER. after a few more mins, my wife was p*, asked for money back. He hands me bag with "our" burgers in it and tells me they are out of salad.gives me refund for that.i am so mad i just take bag and leave. Get home, 1 burger right. Other 2 wrong. Wendys Corp. Needs to either retrain these people, or close it up..IT SUCKS. Will NEVER go there again. And they want 15 bucks...
Read moreI ordered a mobile order and selected carryout so I went there to pick up and the doors were locked so I got into the drive through line and waited got my order then realized i was missing an item so since their doors were locked I got back into the drive through line that was longer this time around. I told them over the intercom I was missing 1 item and then some random lady proceeded to scream that she put the item in the bag and said I had ordered some random items that I didn't order and I said she might have the wrong order then there was silence for a good minute. So I decided to pull around and when I got to the window the lady who yelled at me decided to hand me my item and was still rude saying she put it in the bag so I showed her the items I got and the online receipt. and she didn't seem to care so I apologized because I wasn't trying to be rude or cause a problem I just wanted my sandwich and to not be yelled at in the process..
