I came in for prints the other day and had a terrible experience with one of the workers named Valerie she was very rude and unprofessional. I would ask her questions in regard to what I was printing and her responses were very rude. She was also raising her voice at another co worker which i thought was very unprofessional of her! Next I had to call the following day to ask when my prints were going to be ready since I didn’t receive a text message when I opted in to receive them once they were ready. I went in for my prints and they were not cut to the size I wanted, so I had to have them reprinted and cut with paper that the store provided since they ruined the paper I provided to them so overall terrible experience with Valerie the supervisor. I’ve read multiple reviews with customers that have had the same terrible experience I had with her which should definitely be looked into! On the other hand My experience with MEGAN was great she was very helpful and dedicated to fixing the mistake that was made and apologized multiple times for the mistake.She should definitely be recognized for her great customer service and...

This was our first time using their print service here and this will definitely be our last time. For privacy reasons we will not post what we paid them to print out but to clear everything up our original copy is very clear, writing is very visible, very professional, NOTHING WRONG WITH IT AT ALL but somehow they did a horrible job all together. It took a couple of days and it was a really simple job for anyone to do yet they lack professionalism and messed up the entire job. Half of the pages are all stretched out causing wording to be cut out and the other half shrunken showing everything on the sides that are suppose to show except for the bottom half which is still somehow cut out. This was a complete waste of our time and money, we don't recommend using their print out service...

Terrible in morning. Only one checker. Many customers. Long line waiting for Amazon returns. No receipt available. Printer not working. No help for the one experienced checker. Disastrous. WHERE is the manager? The one very attentive checker was doing three different jobs the best he could, people waiting in two different lines. There was a young disinterested fellow (trainee ?) at a register, needed more training. Sneezing “wet” into his hand then touching all equipment and customer product. Good GRIEF! Basic awareness of hygiene needs to be reinforced — COVID is not done with us and never will be. Nor will plenty of other viruses.
