I went in and ALAZAY R was my server/cashier. My mother placed an order to feed 3 and I separately ordered a kids meal with contents as follows “BYO GRANDSLAM JR KIDS MEAL”, a side of mini pancakes, 2 sausage links, & grapes. When I initially began to place my order ALAZAY asked her co-worker (name unknown) to assist her with adding my additional items because she did not know how. The coworker proceeded to take my order and when she was done ALAZAY stated my total which was $5.41 I jokingly said to my mother “oooh mom that’s cheap maybe we should start ordering out food from the kids menu” and proceeded to pay for my order via debit. I left to pick up my son meanwhile my mother remained waiting for the food. My trip took about 12 minutes approximately by the time I returned my mother was there waiting with the food. She got into the car we drove home. Once home I went to gather my sons food and all that was there was 3 mini pancakes, and 2 sausage links, with the side of grapes. We were missing 3 mini pancakes, 1 sausage link, 1 slice of bacon, eggs. I called to explain to ALAZAY the issue with my order and she stated to me “I gave your mom everything I remember. I politely explained to her I did not receive all of the items I order she said “bring in your receipt and we will gladly correct the problem “ I went in no more than 3 minutes after our phone conversation and there was a new team n shift ALAZAY was gone I politely explained yo the manager who I believe her name was MICHELLE I could be wrong but anywho once I explained to her the problem she says “I just got here and yes ALAZAY explained to me that you were not charged for your extra items However she says she read your order back to you before you completed your payment and you proceeded to pay” I kindly said to her “no one ever read my order back to me there seems to be Mis confusion here’s what happened…. She blatantly responded with “well I wasn’t here so there’s nothing I can do” with no concern whatsoever. My overall experience was terrible the customer service was not nearly justifiable to dennys code of customer conduct and not any paying customer deserves to be spoken to in that tone it’s not what she said it’s how she said it & there’s no way a filthy attitude having piece of a manager should be held in charge of the facility. ABSOLUTELY NO WAY! in which I know I should have checked my order before paying, but I still did not deserve to be spoken too in that manner/tone nor should I have been mislead to return to the store for correction of my order that was not even taken care of. Then to get started on the structure of my food, it was simply thrown into the to-go style container my sausage was buried under my half cooked hash brown that had absolutely no flavor at any possible all, I was complaining unsatisfied all around! 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
Read moreI had the worst experience there tonight. Husband and I went in there at 9:48 and got seated right away and our drink order was taken within 5 mins so far everything good right. We get our drinks and our server takes our food order and then we wait, and wait and wait...it took us about 50 mins to get our order in those 50 mins our server came once. I was fed up and was looking for our server to cancel our order, another server saw me looking and asked if I was waiting on something I told her that we have been waiting too long for our food and that we wanted to cancel it. She went and told our server and our food is magically ready. They bring it over and its just horrible, I ordered the cali sandwich with regular fries, the fries were lukewarm, the sandwich was cold toasted and soggy who knows how long it had been sitting there. My husband got the lasagna and the top was burnt and it was also lukewarm. I didnt even finish my sandwich or take it home. The server came and apologized said that another table had walked out on her earlier and that the cooks had been doing this to her all night. She took 15% off our check. I felt sorry for her but at the same time I was very upset. Mind you we come here often, because we like the service and the food but I think for now we wont be coming back for a few months and hopefully we dont have to experience this again.

Our server Leilani has been the best server I have ever experience, she was attentive while also letting us enjoy our food, she saw my drink was low and as I finished it she brought out another one before I even asked. I forgot to say that we wanted ranch with our fries when I ordered them but when she brought them out the ranch was right there with our food. The food was very delicious and tasty, I got the Crepe Breakfast (so light and delicious) and my husband got the Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger ( it was very juicy and delicious). Read moreWe had a loss in the family & was driving back home after the funeral. It was a long ways away & pretty late, we were hungry & tired so we stopped for a bit to eat so that we could just get home & crash out. The waiter was extremely slow & very rude. We were sat down & we just watched our waiter walk around looking lost the whole entire time we were there. He helped 2 other tables that came in after us & it took 35 minutes for him to finally come take our drink order. After getting our drinks he walked off again, came back 20 minutes later to finally take our order. As we were ordering our meals he kind of yelled there's NO soup. We said ok but no one is ordering soup at all we want 1 salad. After taking our order, we got our food 30 minutes later which 2 of the meals were cold, 1 meal had a burger that was way undercooked & still came incorrectly made & the grilled cheese sandwich wasn't even grilled (the cheese wasn't melted & was just cold slices of cheese) & he forgot 1 meal & when we reminded him he was like oh um hold on let me check, 15 minutes later he finally brings it over & walked away immediately (that plate of food was burnt, dried out & tasted horrible). He walked by our table about 10 times & not once stopped to ask us if we needed anything, or if everything was ok & he never refilled our drinks but he was more than happy to refill the 3 tables drinks right next to us. We didn't complain or make a fuss, we just asked for to go boxes & as we walked over to pay our bill he was in the middle of taking someone's order but rudely stopped them just to walk over to us right away & started talking all nice & asking about our food & his service & said he'd love a really good tip. We all just laughed because our whole night there was horrible but this joke of a waiter wanted a really good tip from us for his horrible service. We will never be back to Denny's after this & we will never recommend...
