2 stars for the food itself. Compliments to the chef. The food was delicious.

I could write a wordy review that just sounds like a bunch of complaints but here are my bullet points and summary.

All of this while the establishment was quite empty. I mean, we were sat immediately after arriving.

We witnessed a table leave due to a rude waitress. Witnessed management chew out an employee on the floor. Waiters did not appear motivated, happy or have the desire to make customers feel welcome. Was not provided trash bucket, bibs, Gloves or crab crackers until we asked. 1 small slice of lemon, a pinch of salt and pepper in a sauce cup, and less than half filled sauce cups with ketchup when brought our food. Mind you, we ordered the combo that was intended for 3-5 people.

Summary: All-in-all, the establishment looks fantastic in the inside, the food is delicious…but unfortunately, management is penny pinching like crazy and it’s blatantly obvious. The waiter staff hired does not seem experienced in customer service, whoever the hiring manager is there needs to re-think who they’re putting out there to represent the business. To the woman manager/owner who chewed out staff on the floor, just…shame on you. The waiter seemed desensitized to this, as if it’s not the first time it’s happened.

With a combination of all the points above, my wife and I did not feel welcome in the establishment. We paid above $140 for two people. For this tier of price, we should feel good about handing the money over. We did not. We will not be returning in the near future. Perhaps in a few months they’ll have figured...

Boiling Station is an absolute seafood haven! My recent visit with my dad left us both thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, this restaurant delivered an exceptional dining experience.

The ambiance was inviting and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. It was my dad's first time there, and their warm welcome set the stage for a great evening.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the seafood. Freshness and quality are clearly paramount here. We indulged in crab legs, shrimp, and lobster, all of which were cooked to perfection. The "boiling" concept is a stroke of genius, allowing us to choose our seasonings and spice levels, ensuring each bite was just the way we liked it.

Portions were generous, and we left with contented smiles and full stomachs. Boiling Station not only excels in taste but also in value for the price.

Let me make it short. Waitress are rude and seem to not like their jobs I don’t now how they expect to get tips. They forgot one of the drinks and everyone in the table got there’s . That was the least of worries we ordered sides of rice the table behind us accidentally got it. The table behind us told the waitress that wasn’t their rice and they literally were about to give it to us after sitting in the table behind us for 3/4 min. I told the waitress no she seemed bothered and said u gotta wait 10 min. For new rice . We said ok . Then we waited keep in mind we were half done eating. Then they gave a bowl of rice to the other table to our right . The gentleman kept calling the waitress and when he finally got her attention he said he didn’t order any rice & she told him keep it. They also gave the table behind us the rice they originally took from them. The waitress asked very rude if we wanted the rice or not I said no at this point we were done eating. She said they would remove it from the bill. Guess what they did not !!!!! Please check your bill when eating at this...
