Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Visalia

Okay…. I love Dutch Bros… BUT - I don’t love the coffee… I LOVE THE ICED REBEL ENERGY DRINKS!!!! The few espresso based drinks I have had there were way too sugary for me. If I order an espresso based drink (like an iced Kicker or something), I always order “half-sweet”. But the iced Rebels are so good on a hot summer day! Another thing I love about Dutch Bros are the “Bros-istas”! They’re always so upbeat and positive! They always make my day. Oh, DON’T LET THE LINE STOP YOU! I know that the drive through line is always long, but Dutch Bros is REALLY fast! You’ll be in and out in no time. I’d say that the one weirdest thing about Dutch Bros is they work hard at hiding the prices of their drinks. They don’t tell you how much anything costs. And when you buy something through the app, instead of them telling you how much you spent, they tell you how much you have left. I don’t appreciate that...

I took a trip to California from Arizona this past weekend with some friends and just had to make a stop at Dutch Bros in Visalia! Kayla helped me with my drink and she was absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to make sure my drink was perfect and that I was taken care of from start to finish. She was so sweet and personable, it truly made my day. The passion she has for her customers and for her job is incredible. Every location needs more employees like her! I have been going to dutch for years and I absolutely love this company! The broistas are what truly makes my experiences there amazing every single time I go. I love coming to dutch, hardy have issues but tonight im very disappointed. Saturday hours they close at 11pm yet at 10:50 when i show up they have drive thru blocked off and walk ups closed. I was very upset because i work fast food myself and i had just got off my shift early and wanted to get dutch before going home and they were closed already at 10:50 . Online it says 11pm not 10:50 pm. When i walk up and ask why its blocked off they just told me there closed. According to online they were not supposed to be closed for another 10 minutes . Its not like i was a minute before closing i was 10 minutes before drive thru shouldnt have been closed and walkup should have been available. Not how stores should be ran. I think they need to be reminded how customer service works and the hours they are to...
