Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Visalia

Just because I like my women big and greasy does not inherently mean I like my pizza that way. And let me tell you, the pizza was so greasy it made my second wife look reasonable. After taking 5 minutes(That's exaggeration It was more like two minutes) of degreasing this monstrosity and probably destroying a whole tree in the process(If the tree was like five months in its progress) I was finally able to eat it and it's actually really good. The cheese was really good and the sauce was incredible. If you think that the breadsticks are safe from the grease monster in the back, clearly holding the chef's hostage. That you would be wrong because it was also greasy, I understand that I am in the minority here and this is probably seen as a good thing. In fact, a good amount of you reading this are probably questioning even why I'm complaining about such a thing. And with that being said, Rebecca and Darrell, some of us have functioning cardiovascular systems or alternatively, don't like the taste of grease. We came here on 12/16/17, we came with our family and friends. We ordered many pizzas and beer. We ordered a tower beer and the nozzle was leaking. We talked to an employee and then to a supervisor about this. Our whole table was full of beer, our pizza got beer, and my kids sweater that's how bad the beer tower was leaking. All the employee did was pour the rest of the beer into a pitcher. They didn't even give us another pitcher for the inconvenience. They knew the beer tower was leaking because when we went up to them the first time and told an employee about it, they just told us to put a cup under nozzle. But beer would still leak, we finished all of the napkins. This is wrong, they New that this beer tower was leaking and they still knowingly sold it to us, instead of letting us know it's leaking do you still want it like that. We ordered pizza for my birthday. My daughter ordered online and picked up at 4:45 PM. Everyone came to the house and the pizza was the worst it has ever been and I can go as far as to say what is the worst pizza ever eaten. we did not call in that night nor did I go back the next day because my husband had just had surgery and I was babysitting grand children. I did go in today with all of the leftover pizza. It was burnt and tough and was extremely hard to chew so we had one entire pizza left over. I was very kind and quiet when I brought this in today and the manager was very sweet. She went to the back to tell the owner and I was issued a refund. As the refund is being issued, the owner comes from the back and says make a note she can’t order pizza from here anymore. Unbelievably RUDE. I went in and spoke very quietly in order to keep this between us, and instead the owner of this place could not have been more rude....
