Terrible experience. My boyfriend likes this place so we figured we would go for dinner and drinks. First off took forever to get service. Ordered food. The server came back and told us they don’t have the appetizer that we ordered. Okay no problem. Then the food comes and my order was wrong and the plate wasn’t even hot like sizzling enchiladas sound be. Which made me nervous because food that isn’t hot contains bacteria since it has been sitting. My boyfriend goes to eat his dinner and realizes that his food is cold as well. I got up to tell the nearest server since we couldn’t find ours. They brought back my plate, which they just scraped off the top to “correct my order”. Which I could live with. But I was shook when the server asked my boyfriend “if they could just microwave his plate of cold food.” LOL I was at a loss for words. No that isn’t okay. LOL This food is cold and has been sitting around. If I wanted microwaved food I would’ve stayed home and ate a hot pocket. We didn’t want to make a big deal of things so we ate the food they brought back to us, (after I told the server, no he will not eat the same plate microwaved). Took forever to get beers. Took forever to get any sides that came with our meals. Then we receive our check. My boyfriend was so frustrated and wanted to leave that he just handed his card over. We get the check back and they charged us almost $20 extra dollars for an appetizer that they told us they ran out of. LOL At this point I’m laughing because it’s just ridiculous. All we got was a “ohh sorry we will have to void it and run the card again”. We will not be returning to Que Pasa in Visalia. Should’ve stayed home and ate a hot pocket. Would’ve had a...

So I've been wanting to try this place for quite a long time. Today just happen to be that day because my parents offered to buy me lunch. Once you walk in your graded and seated immediately. The place is isn't quite that big but just enough to keep a business afloat.

Our server took our drink order almost immediately. Both my mom and I had one of their Aguas Frescas, she had Jamaica and I had the fresh strawberry. Both were quite delicious.

The salsa and chips were quite delicious, chips were fresh and the salsa tastes of roasted tomatoes and peppers just like my mother would make at home. Now as far as food my mother ordered the Cobb salad with steak and both my father and I ordered the carnitas plate. Everything arrived at the same time and was quite flavorful. Salad was colorful and crisp nothing wilted whatsoever which is always something you fear in any salad. The carnitas plate came with pick de gallo, guacomole, rice, beans and of course the carnitas. Everything was perfect except maybe a few hard rice bits, but even I can't make rice perfect unless your my mom lol.

Everything was very solid with little room to complain. Not sure if everyone else came on a off night or what. Everyone else in there today considering it was a Sunday and lunchtime seemed to be enjoying themselves. The one thing that did stand out for me was the huge TV's ready for football around the corner and right by my house!! I'll definitely be back.

P.S. I did feel the Carnitas plate was a tad overpriced, but not enough to discourage me from...

Very Disappointed!! We went here on Cinco De Mayo.... ready to enjoy our night. First off for being a tequila bar and Cinco De Mayo you would think they'd be heavily staffed. We sat at the bar while waiting for a table.... tried to order drinks, bartenders kept passing us up.. finally once ordered about 10 min later... the drinks took about 20 min to get and they were horrrible. We finally were seated and ordered.... had the guacamole as appetizer was missing something and had want to much lemon juice in it. We had to ask about our food order 2x and all we order was ahi salad. 40 minutes for a salad??? Asked to speak to a manager ... he was useless and seemed not to care how bad the service was and the wait. After 50 min they said our food was on its way out.... We told them to cancel it ... We were so over it and ready to leave. Asked for complimentary shot to make up for putting a damper on our evening... Manager said he can't do that.. We walked out. Will never be back. Worst service ever. Recommended getting a new manager.. he was very rude and doesn't care about making your customers happy. I Would give 0 stars but Google...

Walking in I was greeted and seated. They served chips and salsa once we sat. The salsa was amazing. It wasn't spicy but enough kick to make you want more. The servers did their best to accommodate. However, it was busy and they failed to check up to ask if anything else was needed. I found myself asking for napkins, a steak knife etc. I ordered the steak kabob salad and must say it was perfection. I absolutely loved it. Will definitely return to order the salad. Prices are a bit overpriced, well worth the atmosphere.

Staff was excellent and friendly. Food was overpriced. A 16 dollar burrito should be better than a Chipotle one. It's not. Refried beans tasted like something I would expect to find in a hospital cafeteria.... dry and hard. Enchiladas were hard. Chile relleno was ok. Food lacked flavor and did not taste fresh. In my opinion food is overpriced . Beer was cold and delicious.

Stopped at Que Pasa for a Molcajete and a drink and the food did not disappoint. Service was slow to get started but one I got my drink and salsa and chips, it was very good and attentive. I had the first three Long Island the establishment ever made and they were outstanding. Molcajete was piping hot with great flavor and tender meat. My best yet in Vasalia.
