Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Visalia

Offers curbside pickup like every restaurant should in 2025. After placing an order and driving there I waited in a curbside spot for 25 minutes. When they still hadn't brought my food, I tried calling them. No one answered the phone as it rang for nearly five full minutes. Went through the drive through to try and get my food and they were confused why I was in the drive thru when I said I was trying to get my curbside order. They eventually gave me my food after sitting through their drive thru line, but when I arrived at my house over an hour after I left with my ice cold chicken in hand, I found that one meal had the wrong food and another was missing a drink.

What I think is the manger blonde women wearing all canes merch is is either racist or a hypocrite she said small little pushes they were giving out are only for kids not me which I wanted it for my kid anyway I send my kid to get one and she says to wait so we do and while in line I see her handing them out to other kids and adults but not me or mine, thankfully another worker was there and she had no problem giving me one for my son. Yeah, what we all wanted is more people to move to visalia, making it hell to drive where the hell did all of this come from?who wanted to have visalia become a 15 min city and now we got more car washes and more fast food and a grocery store and no entertainment just eat and go home.
