I went into Chipotlane around 645pm on Oct 1st. I was there too early so I was told to go around. Now i thought the attendant at the drive thru had said go around and park but maybe she meant to drive back around into the drive thru. I possibly assumed wrong, because most people drive around and park. However, I don't remember her telling me to drive back around thru the drive thru.
Even so, I was talking to her and another associate entered the convo saying she had told me to drive back around. He was already rude by entering the conversation when i wasn't even talking to him. I was going to let it go and walk out but he had to continue to mock me by saying "have a good day" in a sarcastic tone. I then told him i wanted his name and her name. He pointed me to a business card with his name. He then said I didn't need her name. This guy needs to be re-trained on customer relations. He was rude.....and I asked him why he was being rude. He told me he wasn't being rude.
Portion sizes are also small.
His name on the card was Alejandro Hernandez an Apprentice.

Read moreI definitely should have read the reviews before I went here. First before walking in, we were being stared down from a worker cleaning tables and it was empty. Second walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. Waited 5 minutes while listening to staff laughing in the back and the drive through staff guy said he’d be right with us. Then another three minutes came the worker Isabella very rude at that and was mad I asked for more veggies, less sauce and rolled her eyes when I said half a spoon full. Finally there wasn’t any cheese on the line so I asked her to have some from the drive through window, she stood and insisted there wasn’t anymore and I’ve worked at chipotle so I know they don’t run out by the evening. She didn’t want to give me cheese until I asked if I could ask her manager and then again rolled her eyes and went to the drive through area and put a pinch of cheese, I was over it so I just finished asking for lettuce and she didn’t want to keep adding with her rolling eyes. This is such a disappointment for such a nice new location to be sloppy and unprofessional. Stay away from this location...
Read moreOn the evening of August 19, 2025, I visited the Chipotle located on Dinuba Boulevard in north Visalia. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
When I entered, I was not greeted by any staff, and the tone of service felt unfriendly. Despite having several employees working, the restaurant was noticeably unkempt—there was food and napkins on the floor, and I even observed one customer picking up a napkin that another had dropped. The tables were dirty even though the restaurant was not busy at the time.
In addition, when I visited the bathroom that evening, the motion sensor on the sink did not work. It appeared as though the faucet had not been properly installed, which raised concerns about overall facility upkeep.
I believe this reflects a need for stronger training in customer service, attentiveness, and cleanliness, both in the dining area and in the restrooms. A new establishment should be welcoming, well-kept, and properly maintained.
I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service at this location. At present, however, I do not...
