Heard about this spot from a friend, so decided to give it a shot. Didn't want to overwhelm myself, so just ordered one item (bird in a bun w/ fries). Got the SOS in terms of how hot I wanted the chicken. The girl (didn't get her name) mentioned that they ran out of waivers and they usually have customers sign waiver for SOS orders. Was a bit intimated and skeptical on the "waiver" part - but said "ehh, why not" and did it anyways.

So here's my take....

Supposedly SOS is Carolina Reaper, dry rub. I thought it was medium/hot level. But then again, I eat spicy to another level. To me "Dave's Hot" Carolina reaper is at that level. So overall, it wasn't spicy or waiver scare spicy to me. Now my wife, she was able to eat it as well and she doesn't eat nearly as spicy as I do.

Chicken quality - AMAZING!! Flavor in every bite, a very god size/portion for the chicken.

Fries were crispy. Definitely loved the sauce that came with it.

Overall, very satisfied and thrilled there's a great chicken spot by me. Will definitely be going back and trying their other items (wings, smash burger, lamb over...

I just tried the burger from Chicksville Hot Chicken and honestly, it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time.
