I had the pleasure of visiting Bitty & Beau's Coffee after a delightful sushi meal next door. As my family and I were heading towards our car, the enticing aroma of coffee drew us in, and what a fantastic decision that was!

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were enveloped in warmth and greeted with genuine enthusiasm. The level of hospitality we experienced was unparalleled – an array of hellos and smiles that instantly made us feel like part of the Bitty & Beau's family.

Our cashier, Zack, truly stood out with his impeccable service and remarkable friendliness. His attentiveness to our preferences and his genuine interest in ensuring our visit was exceptional truly elevated our experience.

The beverages we ordered were a work of art, crafted with precision and care. The cookie and cream with caramel frappe was an indulgent delight, and our kids were absolutely thrilled with their cotton candy frappes. The mastermind behind these delectable creations was none other than Andy, whose skill and dedication shone through in every sip.

The inviting atmosphere of Bitty & Beau's Coffee further added to our enjoyment. It's rare to find a place where great coffee is matched with such a warm and welcoming ambiance. It's clear that the team here takes immense pride in creating an environment that leaves a lasting positive impression on every customer.

I wholeheartedly recommend Bitty & Beau's Coffee to anyone seeking a remarkable coffee experience. Atmosphere: I really enjoyed seeing the exterior industrial look of the building,but it did not prepare me for the interior atmosphere of the establishment. Each one of the staff was so friendly, respectful, and helpful. They all went above and beyond to welcome me into the establishment and offered assistance promptly. Seeing all the inclusitivity all around the establishment with the murals/merch/media, it was truly a sight to behold.

Service: As mentioned before, multiple staff members were helpful and genuinely respectful to not only me but to other patrons as well. When I had a question about a merchandise, they tried there best to get me an answer but when they had an issue trying to ring it up, they politely asked the manager to see why it wasn't pulling up and wanted to see why it wasn't. The manager let them know they weren't in the wrong and could see why it was hard to find the price on the kiosk, she was extremely helpful to them but also they had so much respect for her as well.

Quality: I ordered a latte with the toasted marshmallow flavor, and it complimented the latte.

Filis Fave: I tend to offer an item off the menu that i recommend to readers, but I feel this establishment as a whole is a place everyone should visit. The whole idea of inclusitivity radiates in the building and overall such a nice...

This is a tough review to write as I understand the concept and what it means to those who work there and what the community is providing however I feel I have the right to express my honest review. Blake was very nice and greeted us. I had ordered an iced mocha and boyfriend ordered a hot vanilla latte. There was a lot of chatting during that time, maybe 10 minutes but then the drink order was submitted.

Once we got our drinks I noticed mine was very bitter, I could tell it was almost an iced mocha but the coffee beans were rancid in taste and the drink was black. I have been to a coffee bean farm in Costa Rica and got a lesson in beans and I can say the beans were over-extracted. I didn't say anything and went along with a karaoke routine that took place.

After leaving I asked my boyfriend how his latte was, he said it was the worst drink he's ever got and he had no idea what he actually was given. We both decided to throw our drinks away as well there was no need to go back to make any corrections. I am not saying anything negative about our experience more so that perhaps manager on shift should ensure the coffee is up to par as it was...
