I have tried to give this location multiple chances, but every time I go in there, the service is just horrific. They overload on Rice and beans, undercut on the meat and then soak the bowls in sour cream.
I have held off leaving a review because I don’t like to bash companies and I don’t like to get anybody in trouble, but after my experience tonight, couldn’t help myself.
I went in there was no line, so no need to rush through the process. The person work behind the counter was disengaged and could tell you just did not want to be there. I say this to say I don’t even mind all of that so much. I get it, the job underpays and is probably difficult to deal with all the different types of people.
My gripe is when we got to the point where we were adding sour cream and cheese, as she went to scoop it the sour cream and putting the spoon in the bowl, I said, please, small medium amount. She continue to load the spoon to the brim, which must’ve been 4 cups of sour cream and before she even put it in my bowl, I said whoa whoa whoa stop, she did not stop. She threw it on the bowl. It covered the entire bowl surface. The food was just drowning and sour cream. I asked her why and she didn’t even respond. The lady at the counter next to me watched in awe. I should’ve just walked out and not paid for the food, but I was hungry and baffled by the situation so I paid walked over to the trash can and attempted salvage the bowl by scraping off the sour cream into the chance. The food was ruined anyways.
Never again. I’m done with this place.
I don’t know if this is poor job at hiring help or reflection of management but this sort of experience should...
Read moreAs a third party independent contractor.. I was quite upset today when I had two orders to pick up. One of them was sitting there ready which was awesome. The other one I did not see and asked about, only to be met with blank stares.. or just being completely ignored all together. So I ended up waiting over 10 minutes while my first order sat there and got cold. I kept asking about my order while I watched everybody else's orders come out the back. And I'm talking about order after order. How come mine wasn't done in a timely fashion? I was there at least 15 minutes before my order finally appeared. This was horrible customer service. I can't even call it customer service because nobody would talk back to me. I was just met with stares and I was just unsure of if they even heard me? Or did they just not care? Either way I hope I don't have to come back to this store today or ever really. I do not appreciate being ignored. And I'm sure my customer did not appreciate getting cold food that had been sitting there for 15 minutes not to mention the 10 minutes that it took for me to get the food to the customer. I understand that I'm a delivery driver and not a walk-in customer but I am still a person and deserve to be answered and...
Read moreIt was an interesting visit to Chipotle from the moment we opened the door to the final goodbyes on our way out. We walked in and it was a quiet setting with odd music playing on the stereo. My fiance is a very lively person so it wasn't long before we were cracking jokes with the staff as they prepared our meals. He ordered a burrito and we both noted that it was half the size of the ones they make up in Dallas. I ordered a burrito bowl and ended up with almost triple the amount of ingredients as his burrito. I had never stayed and eaten inside of a Chipotle before. The chairs were very uncomfortable and there are odd black and white photos of empty restaurant furniture that adorn the walls. The visit wasn't bad and the staff were all very well trained so they assembled our lunch quickly and we were sitting down to eat within 5 min of ordering. I docked one star because the music was quite awful and the atmosphere was awkward save for the interactions with those who worked there. The other patrons were eerily quiet so it felt like we were at the DMV which made us feel out of place with our jovial conversation and desire to enjoy our lunch...
