We overall had a nice dining experience at this restaurant. We ordered the Mongolian beef with fried rice, stir-fried noodles with shrimp, and shrimp octopus balls, and every dish exceeded our expectations. The Mongolian beef was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked tender slices of beef stir-fried with onions and, savory sauce. It had just the right balance of sweetness and heat, and the portion was generous. The fried rice was fragrant and well-seasoned, with vegetables that added a nice crunch. The stir fried noodles were equally impressive, featuring a medley of shrimp, green bell peppers, and onions. The noodles had a great texture, and the sauce was delicious without being too oily or heavy. As for the shrimp octopus balls, they were a delightful surprise, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with rich mayo, savory sauce, and bonito flakes. A must try appetizer if you love Japanese and Chinese fusion bites. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with clean, well arranged tables and a calm ambiance that made the meal even more enjoyable. The server was very polite, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Highly recommended for anyone craving flavorful, well prepared Chinese cuisine with...
Read moreMy kids would give it 5 stars, but it only gets 3 from the adults. We were impressed when we first walked in. Nice clean atmosphere and really nice menus and place settings. Our kids enjoyed watching the staff hand stretch the noodles! Prices were on the higher end, but the quality of food as well as the portion sizes were both on the lower end.
We ordered the stir fried pork noodles which was a bit lacking in flavor. It was also not really fried— more boiled and saucy than pan fried. In terms of vegetables, each noodle plate got an entire onion and maybe a quarter of a green bell pepper which was odd. My child got chicken noodle soup which tasted good, but again, the vegetable situation was weird—She got half a large carrot (uncut), and one piece of bockchoy (not chopped). We also ordered some sides. They were all fine, but the portion sizes and overall quality did not reflect the price. The staff were kind, but they were not able to answer our questions relating to the menu. Overall, it was a fun experience and the kids cleaned their plates, but we spent way more than the...
Read moreI live up north in Princeton and came down here just for the Waco surf place and decided to stop in here for dinner. I'm not even close to kidding when I say this is probably one of the best Japanese food places I've ever had in my life, I mean I've never been to Japan, but you know what I mean. The service was phenomenal. I literally watched while The staff had down time cleaning every inch of the building. Not even joking. I watched them off the walls which was astounding. It is phenomenally clean. I even saw the staff in the back that were preparing food breaking to clean and then as well and the food was out of this world. I think overall if you don't come here, you're dumb. Because of this place isn't able to stay open because local residents would rather eat at McDonald's then they don't deserve it. Please note that I review harshly and honestly and I could care less. What any of you think? But this is the best in...
